My name is Lesley Fightmaster. I am a yoga teacher trainer. I have taught thousands of classes. I've seen amazing transformations in people just like you.

Thank you! Not only have I been experiencing stress and anxiety, but also upper back problems (back rib subluxation). All of this definitely helped so much and for once just felt GOOD and didn't aggravate it all outside of supine twist, which I just took easy once it began to hurt. The plow to shoulderstand back down with a block below me felt GREAT! Thank you again for everything!

That was so woderful, thank you Lesley! I feel relaxed, but not tired (which is very difficult to get to for me - often times a practice is too hard or too soothing). I would love a practice for sore muscles, exspecially for sore legs. Love!

Great de-stress to start my morning Lesley! I wish you could also have a class for de-stress focused on hip and belly release - lower body - my stress concentrates all there and it would be so beneficial to ease it throughout the holidays

Well, it is spring, but this was next in my playlist titled "25-34 minutes yoga with Lesley" which I made from your videos. I can tell you, it does not have to be Thanksgiving for this workout to be a perfect stress reliever and stretching :) Added this after day 41 of Yoga Fix, which is a HIIT class, so , perfect combo again :) Thank you Lesley!

The mind is always looking for an excuse for not going on the mat especially during busy times when we have a zillion things to do, but making the extra time to practice is truly choosing to be kind and loving to our Self to go deep within and feel that wholeness once again. I am ready to tackle this Thanksgiving week on a good vibration with your stress-free session. We'll be heading up to CT on Wednesday for a few days of lovely family time. I love love love your videos! I just wish I had an easier time keeping up with the pace! I am rather new to yoga so that's probably why lol. Right now it feels like as soon as I get into the pose, we're on to the next one!

That was a great session :D Thank you! Great for de-stressing after coming home. It would be fantastic if you could make a class for students who come home after school, who would like to rest and de-stress after working hard at school, but also need to be energised for an evening of homework and studying. A yoga quickie for this would be amazing :)

Great feeling, soothing practice - really enjoyed and it was perfectly timed for me today :) Thank you! Ps. We're doing the kids partner yoga daily and often more than once... my son adores the "doing it together" aspect of it and says it feels really good! :)

I would absolutely love it if you could please make a bit of a longer vinyasa practice with a focus on back flexibility, leading up to chin stand. thanks for your amazing session! I'm from Poland and I regret we dont have as great yoga teachers in polish yt as you! but I have a question : I feel pain and blockades in my hips (especially in my axils - hope I translated it correctly) and I've exercised joga for year and i still cannot do (for example) split... I dont have any yoga class in my city, so I have to do yoga by myself ( and it makes that I am propably doing wrong some asanas). what I should do?

+grumpy girl If you feel any pain while stretching, you should back out of it because your body is telling you that it's too much. But if you're just feeling discomfort from stretching, you can stay with it. It took me many years to be able to do a split and now it comes and goes...depending on how flexible I am that day.
