This is a guided 30 minute yin sequence with guided Meditation, breathing techniques (pranayama), and stretching for soreness, back pain, neck pain, hip tightness and stress. Best done early in the morning before starting the day to keep a clear mind, or at the end of the day to enact the parasympathetic nervous system for a good nights sleep.

I have favorite videos of yours that I choose time and time again but when I adventure through past practices you’ve done the one I need always shows up.
