Oh my god man !!! what a ride ...So far this is my favorite one brother.. hope you have some jumps for it when you run it . because that my friend is a track made beast !!! lol
Always superb work from my brother! 👍🏻Man you make me want to get one of these 30 North trucks. Dan has a roller version. Very tempting 🫢 Maybe I'll just upgrade my 1.0 5T 🤷♂
Allen thats what I got here is the roller version. For 600.00 bucks you cant beat it. Its such a quality rc. From the fit n finish to the plastic to the shocks its ALL GOOD and has a beefy enough drive train to handle bug electric power or big gas Taylor rc power
Hey brother Jeff!!!!! I’m changing my 30 degree north to the BRP set up !just bought the kit from Taylor!!!! 🏁😳💸😁.Need Help with installing killer rc kill switch in my Taylor 35? There’s only 1 stacon lead and the other is grounded to engine .guess I have to cut and splice the black wire???🏁🤘😁🙏
That d5 diff looks good. Should work great with actual diff fluid in it. Curious y you chose to run the center retention grub screw when the hub already had one. That engine!!
That’s actually the D5s diff but I ran the center grub for extra retention because that engine is so powerful it sends mega vibrations through out so I figured if one grub screw comes out maybe the other will hold it. Its just simply some Overkill.
@@thatoneguy2756 oh gotcha bro! And I sure wish that diff was just a two piece and not a three piece but that Ultra Black is good stuff it wont leak out with that. It holds so well on my exhaust pipes.
@@thatoneguy2756 yeah I didnt do a diff build on them I just did the diffs off cam. They are two piece heavy duty plastic. The center I changed with a cast diff from my XLT! Hopefully they will all be okay. Ive seen 12 s get totally beaten through that drive train without a hiccup so I should be alright.
Hey Jeff!!!! My 30 North build is done!!! Installed a Taylor 35… wondering what fuel mix should I run!posted a short vid ,on my RU-vid page!!!! Let me know what ya Think!!! 🏁🤘🏁🙏
Hey Pete Id get you some race fuel bro! Run some 110 octane VP or VP C12 112 octane. Even 100 octane cam 2 is good! But if you can get you some VP c10 or c12 thats what Id use bro thats all I use is VP or sunoco leaded 112 octane fuel mixed with oil at a 50:1 ratio. Thats what I like but you run what ever makes you happy brother! The Taylor 35 is an awesome engine
Yessir I like Amsoil Saber due to its clean burn , low to no smoke and its a professional oil! Super slick super protective. Dominator is good too but its a little gooey and its got additives in for clutches in dirtbikes which is totally not needed for our applications! Ive tested saber its tried and true! Amsoil has tested it at 300:1 😂 with no failures! There are a lot of good oils our there today no doubt but out of all the oils Ive tried ! Saber has been the best for me!
