I couldn't find any information on this guys case but the Florida case came up. She was arrested in Coffee County Georgia for the stabbing death of a 28 year old man by the name of Robert Maxwell, of Pompono FL over a dispute about a cellphone. When she went to court all of her charges were dropped and she got off on self defense. She isn't wanted for murder in Florida.

Yes, he should definitely qualify for disability. Especially if what he did prior to his injury, for a living, was physical. He might have to get an attorney (it won't cost him upfront) if SSDI turns him down once.

We all need support. Nothing weak about admitting that you need help. We all are different, man or woman we are cookie cutters. Everyone has suggestions and can tell you what you’re doing wrong, but they don’t have no real action or ability to help. Just toxic positivity. I wish life was that simple but it’s not. 🚨 2nd PART According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, Clay stabbed Maxwell at about 9:40 p.m. Jan. 27 at 2864 NE 12th Ave. in Pompano Beach. Witnesses told detectives that Clay, who was then 19, and Maxwell were arguing about a phone when Clay stabbed Maxwell. Witnesses said Clay took the phone and walked away after attacking the victim. A Pompano Beach Fire Rescue crew took Maxwell to Broward Health North, where he died. Clay was found about an hour later by BSO's K-9 team. Authorities said she cooperated with detectives during the investigation. but wasn't charged until this week. Maxwell, who worked in construction, is survived by his two sons and two daughters.

My advice to people in these homelessness situations like this brother and females too. Go into trucking. There are companies like Swift, Prime, Knight and more that will train you and pay you. All you have to do is agree to pay them back by working for them for a few months. You can live in the truck stay running, stack your money up and please people need to learn how money works, sacrifice, live below your means and invest in Assets. Don't be on drugs and apply they will black ball you in the industry. Be off drugs first then apply and don't be intimidated by the big truck you'll get confidence. Try to have some money for food and bus ticket home in case it doesn't work out. Be smart people

LONG STORY LOL But this is my life. I was in a car accident at 15, a friend of a friend was driving and we didn’t know at the time but she had been drinking, she was playing around slightly swerving and lost control, we hit a gaurdrail and were almost instantly tboned by another car. I was crushed by the impact, the had to cut the roof off the car, I was airlifted and then in icu for weeks, I had broken ribs, 7 vertebrae in my spine, 2 in my neck, collar bone and fractured chest plate, broke my left shoulder and fractured both hips and tailbone, a punctured lung & erupted spleen. I had several surgeries, was in a back brace, and wheel chair for a year. I was told I may never walk again due to injuries and that I would have a weakened immune system. 2 years after, I was walking… before that I was on cheer, played volleyball and ran 2mi per day. I missed a bunch of school and when I was able to walk again, started partying and hanging with older crowds, at 18 I ended up living with my older boyfriend and was selling drugs with him, completely my choice cause I knew a ton of people who wanted to buy, after a few months we were under investigation unbeknownst to us, the sheriff kicked our door in one day and I went to jail, after the trial I was sentenced a year in prison and 2 felonies, one for drug possession for sale & the other for possession of an unregistered firearm… fast forward I’m 32, I have a 10 year old son, I am a personal trainer, with 2 felonies, people know about them, I never hid my past and it’s never been an issue. I’ve been studying exercise science for years, and guess what? If I never told anyone that at one point I thought I’d never live a normal life again, or be able to have a career, they’d never know I almost died in a car accident, or that I had been to jail. It’s all about how you go about your own life. I can squat & deadlift over my body weight, I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been, I’m strong, I’m empowered and I found that in exercise, but also being told I’d never be able to even walk, now I can squat an adults body weight on my spine that was once broken. 10:16

Right. To him, he's too old (30) to make $15/hour. I had a sister like that; She believed she should have certain things and be in certain situations because she was old enough. These people don't understand that your age alone doesn't entitle you to things in life. The 30 year olds that make more, did not spend 10 years of their life in prison.They were grinding their way up the ladder. The 30 year olds that make more now, once upon a time made $15. He needs to be thankful for the $15 he can get now, build up his resume, acquire new skills, and he will be able to make the type of money he wants eventually.

Robert probably didn't die right away they took her story probably the one she told us so they gave her a bond until they figure out what was going on I think Florida has bond man so you only have to pay 10 percent of the bond somebody bonded her out then he died so it turned into murder at that point now she on the run that's what I think I could be wrong though 🤷
