It appears there are too many people on this job, which can create confusion and, consequently, an unsafe workshop. While it is great to see the children apparently enjoying themselves with this work, it is disappointing that there are no safety shoes, safe lifting equipment, or possibly even training in safe practices. I saw no torque wrench used in the engine reassembly which may well shorten the life of the whole power unit, and lead to possible sudden mechanical failures. There was no apparent rust mitigation with simply a very rough spray paint job over the existing rust, and also on the tyres. This is an unacceptable practice even in poorer countries. It creates unsafe vehicles and equipment. The painter wore no breathing protection. Moreover, he appears to have filled up the air pump tubes with paint. Overall, a very poor job indeed.

Before painting rust not clean, Before engine overhaul engine outside not clean properly. So it’s not perfect work anymore.
