Love your content, but I have never seen so many ads in a 30 minute time frame, especially since it is a workout video. It makes it difficult to be consistent and continue when this video alone had 15 non skippable ads...
thank you so much for your workouts, they are so good ive been doing them for 5 months and i definitely see the difference and also i am always so excited to do these workouts because they are not boring and it keeps me motivated to do them more often
@@lkki_ yes i try to walk everyday atleast for 15 minutes with my dog and i do these workouts 4 times a week and once a week i have a figureskating training ( but ive started 2 months ago) and also i am in caloric deficit

I haven't been active for most of my life you can imagine that this was tough i fought a mental war trying to finish this. I won the war this time. Im leaving this comment to come back to. Her workout made me feel so comfortable and confident i loved the puppy i absolutely will be doing this again
i love this workout sm! the on,y thing i would change is maybe put something on the screen that can let us know if the move is alternating between each side, and maybe a preview or something so we can try and get all 45 seconds of each movement. thank you for this workout tho💌
I like the workouts but it's impossible to follow bcs of the ads. And not just quick 10 second ads, 20-30 second ads at a time. You need to reduce the number of ads.

it was difficult, but I coped with the task!🎉I didn’t understand the exercise where you lie on your stomach and raise your feet I couldn't lift them, I only managed to bend them 🥹
Love your workouts Lidia, but there were wayy too many ads this video. 3 before the video started, 3-4 one quarter in, 2 two-minute ads another quarter in, another 3 adds sprinkles at the end, and as soon as the video ends, 3 adds again. There’s so many ads it almost seemed to me like a dystopian documentary!
I like your Pilates workouts but there are just WAYY too many breaks to the point I feel the workout is ineffective. Especially with all the ads there are already.
I’ve been doing Lidia’s workout for almost 3 months now I definitely see a big change in my body. What I love about her workout is that all the moves are slow and manageable. I’m very picky when it comes to RU-vid workout videos because I easily get distracted by small things like the editing, the person’s vibe, background music etc but I’d say her content is “not trying too hard” but rather relaxing and easy to fit into your everyday routine. It was my first time I was able to stay consistent with exercising for this long. I cannot thank her enough for shaping my body so beautifully! Big love from Tokyo xx
school has made me so busy so haven’t really had the time to do lidia’s workouts but i have a goal to make time for it now because i realise how much i have missed them and how great they make me feel! ❤
I have been having the same problem, but I like to do it after hw in the late afternoon, but if you have a lot of homework she has some great 10 minute ones :D
This was such a good workout especially for me with knees that can be funny sometimes. I struggle with squats and lunges occasionally so this was a really good video. Also been doing your workouts since April and I went from 73kg to 65kg. I’ve also gotten stronger and more toned. These workouts are so good. Thank you ❤
@@ana-du9op I don’t do weight lifting just lidias workouts. I did 20 mins at first then was able to do 30-45 mins 3x a week depending on if I had the time or energy that day
Thank you so much for adding more arms and back parts in the workout. Really needed those. Maybe you can do more of arms and back workouts, mostly because of the beautiful posture that you have. I want one too!😅

Yeahhh not as much on the measurements (like 2cm) but my waist is sooo snatched.I tries several workouts of hers,like 7 days challenges etc,and honestly i feel much more happy and energised.
don't sleep on lidia plssss day 2 already seeing results, also if u wanna debloat y recommend a glass of warm water in the morning, before breakfast and one at night, after dinner!! istg i look so good
I think Pilates is going to help me … I have high cortisol and hormonal imbalance . So heavy draining workouts can backfire . I need to do something effective yet harmonizing to my nervous system. Something in my heart is telling me to become a Pilatey girly…
