Lexus LX 470 / Toyota land cruiser 100 series tire size increase from 32's to 33's along with the finish of an Iron man off road front differential drop kit and raising the torsion bars another inch
With the Landcruiser conversion kit and bigger torsion bar on my 2006 Lexus LX470, I have more room for bigger tires than 275/65/18. I was thinking about Duratrac 285/75/18.. what is the biggest size with this kit? Any idea will be welcome. Thank you guys.
I am not totally sure. But the bigger torsion bars (and in my opinion, the front diff drop for the angle) is the key. The front tires having room to fully turn is the limiting factor for sure. The 2 inch kit has plenty enough room for the tires I just put on. But I occasionally tow ATV's and boats so I didn't want to go to larger for the extra strain on the transmission.......but these things are so overbuilt, it probably wouldn't be a problem.
