I ll tell you a story of my cousin's friend. My cousin's friend was in a love with someone 10yrs elder to her. And that guy was similar to what you mentioned in the letter. According to her bf, his parents were pressurising for marriage when he was 27 and when she turned 18 they decided to get married. The girls parents were against the marriage because of her age. But, she left her parents and education and ran from home to get married to him. She stayed with her in-laws. 1st few months they treated her well, but later they started showing their true colours. They tortured her mentally and physically. 2 yrs later or something luckily, the girls parents found out about her and helped her come out of it. At the age of 21 she had a child and divorced. Even though this happened 2yrs ago she's still mentally weak. My cousin met her during Christmas in 2019 and she told me that it was too sad to see a cheerful smart girl turned into a depressed soul. Plz lotus leave him for your own good

I have horrible experience with similar situation like of Lotus. My cousin who was 16 just had got out of school , she was very ambitious and very good in studies and she was selected in one of the most reputed Junior College which was 1 n half hr drive from my town, so she was living in girls hostel there and she use to visit us frequently and she settled well there , she made alot of friends and she was her teachers favourite. She mostly use to talk about her Chemistry teacher and how friendly he is ( he was 24 yr old male ) and how lucky she is that only she has acces to his personal notes. The way she use to talk about him clearly reflected how much she's attracted to him. Once during Diwali she was in town and I found her crying so I asked her what happened? She said that her teacher just got engaged to some girl in his village. Then I asked so what ? She replied that he was her boyfriend and they have been dating from last 5 months. She was totally broken. I was so worried about her so the whole time she was here I tried my best to take her out from it. After 2 months she visited us again and that time she looked very happy , I asked her reason and she said that she's back into relationship with him and he is not going to marry that girl. That engagement was forced on him by his parents and he will eventually break that engagement. Let me tell you I was 14 at that time she was 2 yr older than me , I smelled something fishy here but I was happy for her so I didn't bothered to talk about it much. Just 15 days after this incident my cousin sister was found hanging in her hostel room. She commited suicide. She was just 16 and in love with 24 yr man who was a predator. Police never found reason for her suicide. And that man was never prosecuted or even suspended from college. He still teaches there and he is very very famous teacher.
