Dear Chocolate, Do you know anything about CA Exam? To earn the CA prefix to your name requires lot of efforts, years of hard work, patience and its surely not everyone's cup of tea. I very well can understand what your boyfriend is going through as I was also in his place a few years back. Failure is a part and parcel of a CA exam, as the passing percentage is very low. People go in depression because of lot of failure. Your boyfriend need your support at this very moment. I am 29 right now, I have cleared CA one and half year back. Prachi di! I am going through somewhat a similar story like "chocolate". I and my bf are dating since 7 years. Now I m 21 and he is 25. He is done with his studies and started working in a company. And here I am just stuck with the Medical entrance exam after completing my 12th std in 2018. Even this year my exams went well but being a general candidate i am not sure that i will get a govt seat as the cutoffs are going way too high. Simply means i failed again. As a typical bihari family his parents are forcing him since 1.5 years to get married. Apart from that, being a CA final student, I can tell you based on first hand experience that this exam is not a joke. Testing the knowledge of the subject is the last thing it does. Before that , for months it is testing ones patience, perseverance, dedication, hardwork, stress, frustration and what not. It in some cases takes a toll on ones emotional health. And there are soo many sacrifices your boyfriend must’ve made in these past couple of years, one cannot imagine. If you are even considering not being by his side during such a time, you probably should revisit your feelings for him. If you decide to breakup with him.. the leas you can do is , do it after his exams. There’s hardly 20 days left and it’ll get next to impossible for him to handle the breakup and the exam. Hello Prachi, Chocolate has made me to go into my past and there were flashbacks of how things were so similar in my case. I've done my MBBS recently from a govt medical college (just not trying to boast of my degree but just trying to emphasis upon the hard work and sacrifices that is needed to get a chance in govt medical college and completing the degree). I was dating a girl for around 2.5 years and last year she broke up with me. The reason behind this was I was not able to clear my Post Graduation entrance examination and it was my first attempt. She does a govt job and is earning good amount and while I was preparing for my career she promised me to stand beside me, and now she's gone and recently got to know that she is dating a well settled guy. Many a times I have flashbacks regarding how she left me, and sometimes things get so tough. I had in back of my mind that I need to clear my pg exam so that I could settle down with her and for that I left my job and was preparing fulltime at home. But in the midway she did this and I was not able to concentrate on my preparation. But now I have got control over the situations and I prepared myself this year too and I'm confident this time to clear my exams. She did a good job and I thought she would have taken a stand to stay by my side in my struggling days, but alas she left me alone in my days when I needed someone, especially her. The real feminism doesn't lies in the fact to leave your love in their time of struggle and getting into another relationship with a well settled guy within just a few months of breakup. I have the same story as chocolate. I've been dating a guy for 3 years and our parents also know about us. I cleared my medical entrance in 2 attempts. Now he's given UPSC 2 times. I don't know how many attempts it will take but I'll wait for him. My parents are okay with him, after he gets settled. Even I need time to complete my education, so we need to support each other. Chocolate should leave the guy, as he deserves much better.

It takes minimum 5 years and if u miss any attempt it will be delayed by 6 months.. and its less than 1% chance that u clear it in one short... but wait.. u knw what.. once this prefix added in your name... you will feel more than just human.. being a chartered is way more than any other professionals.. I m the finalist.. almost lost my relation.. i thought many times to prove.. but now.. i started my own life alone and better than past

I don't know if anybody will agree with me but here is my opinion to Chocolate - Ca exams are every hard and ur bf might clear the exam and he may not clear the exam so think according. If you can wait for him for like say 2 -3-4 yrs then only wait other wise go ahead. Bcoz after few yrs you should not regret ur decision and yes being financially stable is very very imp. I have not seen any love between my father and mother since childhood.
