Good morning from me here Granny Pat, can you imagine my surprise when I woke up this morning to all these wonderful new subscribers, thank you so much for sharing my channel , it was so very kind of you 😘 I so enjoyed your live with Billie Gene yesterday and love watching you, if I’m ever having an off day you put a big smile on my face, love listening to your stories. I’m glad you found some Jeans, I always struggle to find them to fit nicely. I really miss Woolworths 😀. Sending much love Granny Pat xxxx
@@BelleandStitch I was getting ready to message you. Isn’t it fantastic the way my viewers responded. I knew they would. I feel certain your subscribers list will increase rapidly, as it should. I’m so happy for you. You put so much effort into your beautiful creations. Looking forward to seeing many more videos.
@@BelleandStitch I am thrilled for you. It is a good feeling to be able to lend a helping hand, and look how easy it was! Do you mind if I ask where you live? Your scenic videos are just beautiful. You can answer to Private Message under PATRICIA ESTEP O’NEAL

Pat, I absolutely love your videos and very much appreciate you personally. I am 60 and am a retired Registered Nurse. You have a special place in the hearts of many of your viewers & subscribers. As one who didn't have a good upbringing, let me tell you that you always bring a big slice of normal pie to our lives. And for that alone I am extremely grateful. 🥺🥺🥹🥹
@@Tomatohater64 Thank You. My life is and always has been very simple. As we age we begin to realize the value of our past. Times are changing to the extreme. We must protect our past.
@@chitchatwithgrannypat7900 I totally agree. Changing times are inevitable as we age, but this culture we're in now is downright scary; morals, ethics, and God are meaningless to a large portion of our population today, and that scares me to pieces.
@@chitchatwithgrannypat7900 Since I'm a huge Audrey Hepburn fan, I watched two of her movies today: Breakfast at Tiffany's from1961 and The Nun's Story from 1959. Felt much better after watching both. 😃😃
I really look forward to your stories Granny Pat! I listened to this one three times. I remember when would go out hunting for just the right (fill in the blank) for hours, days, sometimes it took me weeks. I was always on a budget too which made it more difficult. I will be praying for Charlie’s brother so please keep us posted. I treasure you and your posts.
I love your videos. I’m 78 years old, am a Registered Nurse and still working as an infusion nurse for a specialty pharmacy. I love my work but it can be tiring and I always turn to U-tube for some relaxing videos.I traveled 201 miles today to see 2 patients and I’m relaxing tonight watching your video.I love traveling through some small towns here in Indiana and find people that probably are called “ old fashioned” by todays standards. I really enjoy talking to them and listening to their stories. I love listening to what you have to talk about. The world has changed so much. It’s so welcome to find people who talk about things, places and practices like when I grew up that now are long gone. I grew up in rural Ohio on a farm and some days miss my mom and the way things were way back then. We worked lhard on the farm but one of my most favorite memories was when we would have a wiener roast and I would turn the crank making homemade ice cream sticking my finger in that hole to keep the water coming out, then I’d add some more salt to the ice on a Friday night after bringing in hay. Now you’ve made me hungry for potatoe salad. I’ll have to make some now. I will be praying for that sick man you were talking about. Thank you for your channel and I’m going to look up Belle and Stitches. I’ll tell you what I think. Probably on Wednesday when I will have a day off. Good night Granny Pat from Granny Bonnie.
@@bonniereis5876 I love when my viewers connect with my stories and can add to them. I hate to think the only good things we have to hold onto are our memories from the past. We must keep them alive. Thanks for your comments.
Hi Granny Pat. 🤗 I will look for Belinda’s channel Belle and Stitches. You are so kind for trying to help others with their channels, just like you did with Billy Gene. Your voice is sweet and calming. 🙏🏼
Granny Pat, I have enjoyed your Post so very much, as I have shared with you in the past, you remind me so very much of so many of my Beloved Angels that raised me, I must be 100 percent honest with you , I also had men who we’re important in my life but I must tell you the Lovley Women that hugged , rocked me to my slumber, those memories will I pray stay with me forever, picking Mother up from the Hairdresser on A Saturday going to have A Lovley luncheon when I first stated working In Downton Washington DC, all of the Big Department Stores Had Lovley Tea Rooms, A special suit, or Beautiful Day Dress, and how I loved her to wear exquisite floral print in spring and summer, I send you to you best wishes, and abundant blessings coming your way .
I love your stories. I’m 80 so I understand and remember a lot of the situations you refer to. God bless you and keep on trucking. By the way I remember the blue plate special. It was a bargain. Martha from Texas

Prayers for Charlie’s brother🙏🏻❤️ I pray for a speedy and full recovery and I pray that his doctors and nurses have wisdom to know exactly what to do. I also pray that Charlie’s brother is in no pain and I especially pray that if he doesn’t know Jesus that he will come to know Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior🙏🏻
Granny Pat, it's good seeing you today. I have subscribed to your English RU-vid friend. The fellow at the gas station made me wonder if he's still alive and where he is today. I pray for Jan's brother in law and hopefully, he'll come out healthier. Thanks for your conversation today.❤
I was watching in 69' the very night George Gobel was on Johnny Carson, funniest thing I ever heard & I always remembered it. Thanks for the memories Granny Pat. ❤
When I was little and I was visiting my grandmother it would be me and her up watching Johnny Carson. Everyone else had gone to bed but we were night owls. I will never forget the one where the potato chip lady came on with a specially shaped chip and Johnny pretended he ate it. And I also always liked when Joan Rivers was on.
Well its always good to see you on here! We just love you! I hope you got your Television fixed. I did subscribe to Belle and Stitch. And mentioned you. Prayers for Charlie's Brother And for all! Loved the Service Station Story! I miss it all . The days gone by.❤ Its good to have lived in those times though. Wouldn't want to trade any of the good ole days. You always make our Days Better! Thank You ❣️ Debbie In Texas
Hi Granny Pat! I am praying for Charlie's brother. You look pretty today. Loved your video. Your ring is stunning. Good to see you. Hugs. Nancy from IN 😊❤.
Hi Granny Pat! I just paused your video when you recommended Belle Stitch and ran over there and subscribed👍🏼 I do as I’m told!! Haha!!😅 Now on with your video❤️ Anne from California
Thank you! Enjoy you and your videos sharing so much of your history!! I retired from preschool director/teacher at our church 5 years ago and am enjoying sewing and quilting!! Lots of baby things for all the young families at our church! And I enjoy making kitchen items…hot pads, pot holders, placemats, etc!!
You don’t talk too much Granny Pat. Don’t listen to that woman who said you did! I could listen to you talk for hours. Thank you for doing what you do!!
@@larrystouch581 I went through that recently with my daughter and her cat. It wasn’t easy, but somethings in life we have to handle with strong will. You have to do what is best for the helpless animal. So sorry!
Hello Granny Pat. Glad to see you again today. I just love your chit chats.Continue on with the informed videos.its good that you are talkative & knowledgeable on different topics. From Texas. ❤🥰

Hi Granny Pat! Good to see you still drinking that Dr Pepper! Awww...thanks for the nice words!❤ Gosh my mom used to wallpaper & I'm glad to see it coming back in style again! I'll have to Google that 1969 episode of Johnny Carson!❤
@@buffalocheckchicks7837 you will love the segment with George Goebel. It is near the end. I haven’t been keeping up like I should. Watched some of Kathy’s videos. You both give me the itch to go shopping. I bought Fostoria last week in Jan’s antique shop. The lady bought a collection of 167 pieces. I had to get out of the shop before she displayed all of it. I got a few fantastic pieces. Hope all is going well.
I never use self check. Never will. Lol. I don't mind packing my own bag, but no checking out for me. But I hardly ever go into Walmart. I love their delivery service. I make an order every week or ten days and it is nice to have them carry everything up to my apartment front door. I live on the third floor and all those heavy items are just waiting for me on my porch. I wished they had that service when my daughter was little. It reminds me of The Andy Griffith Show when Aunt Bea had the grocery boy bring the groceries to her in a box -right into her kitchen. Granny Pat I love Belle by Kim Gravel Jeans on QVC. They have stretch. Her show is on QVC usually every Saturday Evening. I have never had to return any of her jeans that I have ordered. Just FYI.
Hi Granny Pat. I just watched Billie Gene's pickled tomato video this morning. Comments were turned off though. Those looked so good. And I knew nothing about pickling or canning before.
I don’t understand Parents nowadays. Are they afraid of their children? (I would be😅) I had 3 Daughters . They went everywhere with me. And all well behaved.❤
Dear Granny Pat , I shared You and Billy Gene with another utuber today. She is Southern Belle Nicole Cole. So now I am sharing her with you. Thank You for sharing Belle and Stitches! I am really going to like her. I am really going to Love getting to see all the Beautiful Scenery! Thank You for that! ❤️😘🐝 BL from Ohio
I see why you like Belinda’s kitchen. It is Lovely. I was watching her making the blueberry muffins. They looked very good. I liked the little holders she put them in. She is going to be very enjoyable. Thank You for Sharing her! ❤️😘🐝
@@bonnieallen3775 She just responded and is so happy with the increase in subscribers. I want to move to England. Everything I see is so beautiful, and they make cooking look like fun! It would be with a kitchen like Belinda’s.
Granny Pat, I will certainly be praying for Charlie's brother, Charlie and his family as they go through this difficult situation. May their faith in almighty Jesus be strengthened. May the Lord comfort and unite the family, and guide all medical staff involved. You are wonderful to use your channel to ask for prayer! God bless you!
It's so true about those wall paper books. I remember my mom and aunt on the stools looking and looking and we would have to go back too again. They always had my sisters and cousin and me with them. Somehow once we got an old wallpaper book given to us to keep and we used the sheets for arts and crafts and things. I am not sure how we got it. I think it was retired wallpaper samples or something.
Yes, retired books. I used the pages for wrapping gifts. The paper would not go all the way around one box. I just taped it down on the underneath side. The ladies just cackled when they saw my wrappings. Those old books are great for kids crafts. Teachers at school could use them for many ideas.
Good afternoon, I loved the fried pork sandwich with cucumber dressing recipe that Billie Gene recently did. I’m so glad you thought to do this video about the small town service stations (yes, next to the train tracks), small women’s and men’s shops, mom and pop grocery stores and people really knowing each other and watching out for one another. Thanks so much for the trip down memory lane and fond memories of the soda fountain counter❤. Debby, upstate New York Prayers that Charlie’s brother is ok🙏🙏
I will check out belle and stitch. Hope you enjoyed your burger and potato salad. That sounded really good. Many prayers for Charlie’s brother. Have a nice evening Granny Pat. Much Love ❤️🙋🏻♀️❤️
Hey Grammy, much love to you and Charlie’s younger brother. I really found your end conversation particularly interesting. I do hope people will care about the future of our lands and take interest in the particular differences between here and the UK. Much love, C Aliese Bonn in Saltville VA.
🙏🌷Hi G Pat. I’m saying prayers for Charlie’s brother. I’ll also watch Belle Stitches too and subscribe telling her you recommended her. We used to watch Johnny Carson a lot and you know, I think I remember that episode When those particular guests were on we all were laughing. What made it so funny is that they experienced what they shared. Not just something they made up. I’ll have to go watch it again. Your wall paper story reminded me of my mom when she went to the quilt festival in Paducah KY every year. Dad of course went with her and he always took her to that huge fabric warehouse full of quilting supplies and endless bolts of cotton quilting fabric. Dad would find the men’s section (benches) and sit with all the husbands and talk while mom spent hours going through the row after row of beautiful fabrics, picking out her material for a quilt she wanted to make. Like I’ve said before, she was so artistic and she carefully chose her fabrics. I know what you mean about today’s young parents and their lack of control over their kids. I do not like going into Walmart or any such store anymore. Most (not all) are like wild animals running around, yelling, crying while parents ignore them. If they can’t behave, keep them at home till you’re able to leave. Train them early about manners and respect for others! My mother had us trained. We were allowed to speak low and knew we had to stay with her unless given permission. If we dared to act up, she would take us outside and sternly warm us that she would yank our pants down in front of everyone and spank us. We had no doubt she would follow through. But nowadays people are oblivious, no manners or civility. Even in restaurants...kids screaming throwing food on the floor having tantrums. I know of one local diner whose owner after asking the parents to control their kids ended up telling them to leave and never return. It was that bad. The owner is from Armenia. He doesn’t put up with any of that. So yes, it seems anymore in Walmart etc the level of civility, manners, good behavior is at the bottom of the sludge pond. Sad to say. I enjoyed your chat today and I hope Charlie’s brother is recovering. Have a peaceful night 🌷✝️🕊🌿🌸 Cheri from IL
Check utube for videos from Paducah quilt show this year. Quilts are fantastic. I was there two years. Bought some of those fabrics. It is one of the best places to visit. My friend has a prize winning quilt. I hope to do a video about her. She is amazing.
Hey Granny Pat, just subscribed to Belle and Stitches and will watch later when I finish my break from weedeating and mowing ALL DAY! It started out nice and overcast but around lunchtime the sun popped out and I haven't stopped perspiring yet!😢😂 9 hours and still have supper, dishes and laundry ...it's 6:20. I don't do self check out either. They don't give me a paycheck 😡 Have a beautiful weekend 🤗
Golly gosh. Walmart. I live in suburban Chicago and we have a lot of the Walmart Supercenters. 20 self-service registers, manned by 5-7 people to make sure folks aren't stealing---and no registers open. Then you are cross examined when you're leaving to be sure you didn't steal anything. I truly dislike that store and avoid it like the plague. P.S. I subscribed to Belle & Stitches at your suggestion. Can't wait to watch all her videos.
You can't be accused of stealing until you leave the store. I tell them if they think i've stolen something to meet me outside with the police. I'm nice about it though!

He's my favorite also! 😁🤗 I'll let u know if I like it! Granny- u mentioned if anyone of us ever visited the antique shop, we could ask for you. Well I'll have to plan a trip to visit some afternoon & pray that you'll have me! I'd do some damage buying up all the old vintage items from Jan even though I am young! 😂🪞🛍👛🪭 Love always, D ❤
