I have been following GBH early on. The seniors in our club play mostly doubles. I did not get a chance to play for two weeks. When I went out to play, I promise myself that I would just hit the ball back cross court. It was amazing how well I played. I would say that I was able to control my hit 60 to 70% of the time. If felt good not to make lots of errors. Now if I can do this when I'm back in playing condition. I hear what you two are saying, but the hard part is for me to buy into the idea.
Hey OGP, thanks for supporting us from the beginning ! Great job implementing a simple idea, and that will continue to be the challenge until you start to see the reality of playing journeyman tennis. Being back in "playing condition" should only make the outcome more positive !!! Jeff
