Hey Michelle, I have a question. What am I doing wrong? I workout four times a week. I do workouts for four years now. I'm gonna turn 40 next year. I'm doing your lovely workouts and sometimes others. A Mix out of Cardio and Strength. This as Information. But I JUST CAN'T LOOSE WEIGHT😢🤪🙄 the opposite is happening, I'm actually gaining weight and I'm pretty frustrated about it. I eat healthy most of the time, I hardly drink any Soft Drinks, I don't smoke, don't drink alcohol AT ALL! I look so bulky now, I don't like it. WHAT IN THE WORLD AM I DOING WRONG?! @@MelliBibLi a few things: 1. SLEEP! It’s a must 7-8 hours. 2. Track everything you eat ,don’t guess on portion sizes. 3. Be consistent in your workouts, train full body strength 2-3X/ week, sprinkle in some cardio, stretch and mobility training weekly. 4. Move more in your day, that means walk, stand up, get at least 10,000!steps daily! 5. Your diet should focus on Whole Foods, up your fiber and get .7-1 gram of protein per pound of your goal weight. 6. Talk to your Dr. maybe you’re in perimenopause and your hormones are not functioning the way they used to. That can cause unexplained weight gain when you are doing all the above. @@MelliBibLi I know you asked Michelle specifically and she gave some truly amazing advice, so I hope you don’t mind me just throwing a little something else out there for you. When I first started exercising it took about a year before seeing much progress (I went from laziest person in the world to oh no my metabolism has changed and I need to act on it), after that first year I noticed lots of progress but then something happened and by that I mean NOTHING was happening. I had hit a total plateau in my fitness journey. I found that making some small adjustments to my routine helped immensely. I learned by doing some research that sometimes our bodies can kind of max out and just need something a bit different in order to continue changing the way we want them to. Or even to maintain where we’re at if that’s what our goal is. Everyone is different and every body is different, but just something to think about along with everything MB said. I do feel energized! ⚡Whew, that back lunge to curtsy was KILLER on the glutes! 😅This was a short and sweet (and sweaty!) workout to get my day started off right. Thank you Michelle and crew! 😍
Loved this! I couldn’t believe how much sweat was pouring out of my body! I had to wipe the sweat out of my eyes quite a few times 😅 my goals: continue building strength and tone out my body. I’ve gotten a lot stronger, but still working towards toning out my arms/back and my belly (core) specifically, and working towards more definition in my legs. Thank you for all that you do for us! 💜
That was another great challenge! Those weighted Bulgarian lunges on one leg were FIRE! My legs feel a bit wobbly and so much sweat! Lol 🥵. Thank you Michelle…so good, as always.❤️❤️

ouf....pas beaucoup de temps. Entre ma mère en maison de retraite...ma belle-mère à ll'hôpital...ma préparation pour mon concert de fin d'année(je joue de la trompette dans un harmonie....et le travail avec les call de nuits) J'en ai fait un peu plus de la moitié...mais si je veux bien mangé...j'ai du coupé ici pour faire des lunch!!!!!
