Nicole I just wanted to thank you for having the most enjoyable workout videos on the internet. Also, the most effective. Ive never seen such crazy changes in my body until I started following your videos daily. I’ve tried lots of other youtube fitness channels, but they didn’t stick because I dreaded the energy of them. Yelling, annoying pop music, the brightest possible colors. I feel like it’s so important to find an instructor that matches your energy. I like your workouts because I’m somehow also relaxed, but sweating like a pig. THANK YOU

I was taking a day off from Heathers challenge to do something "lighter" my mistake.. don't ever underestimate the power of a 1kg weight plus repetition... the glutes exercise was a KILLER! The second glute was already shaking even before starting :D great exercise, very smart!

This was my first time doing Pilates. The perfect combination between working out and meditating that I need in my life. However, 8lb weights were a bad choice 😂 Going to have to work my way up to those babies. Thank you 💛

Such a great workout! For these kinds of arm exercises with prolonged periods of repetitive quick movements, 2 or 3 lb max is recommended (per many fitness gurus including Tracy Anderson). Otherwise you could really hurt yourself! You can also use cans of soup. (Nicole is using 2.2 lb hand weights in this video).

Thank you Nicole for always challenging us a little bit more, in the most loving way! I especially appreciated how you said at the end of the video that, "It doesn't matter how far you go with this stretch, I just want you to focus on your breath." I sometimes catch myself feeling frustrated that my hips and my hamstrings aren't flexible enough to go all the way, but your words were a gentle reminder that it's just about doing your best. This was such an amazing and challenging class! Thank you Nicole, you are truly the best. I recently tried out a Bikram yoga studio (where the rooms are heated) to mix it up a bit. I tried their Pilates class that they offer there, and honestly, all I could think of during the class is "wow, Nicole's classes are SO much better!!!!". That's what I feel too, I'm 43 and I only used to do weights and cardio in my teens and 20s. I wonder how amazing I would have felt as a younger person if I knew about Nicole's pilates then (I mean they wouldn't have existed but just Pilates in general). And my practice would have been so so advanced by now! Oh well. Better late than never, it's never too late to feel better. ❤❤

The best flow of all. I have repeated everyday for a week and experienced a significant progress.. the first day and the last day are totally different.. I applied 2.5 kg on the last day and succeded though even with 1 kilos I struggled on my first trial. Will keep working of this video with heavier kilos another week and write down the results. Thank you Nicole for all your efforts you are the only PT I can follow up on youtube... pls carry on adding new videos 🙏🙏

I am new to this Chanel, which I came across to while looking for some lighter exercises after hurting my back weight lifting. Lots of Pilates classes u was recommended just didn't feel enough for the muscles. Nicole, I love how you're implementing light weights with Pilates basics. I must say, have been doing pilates for a month. My digestion has improved drastically. For the longest time I couldn't feel hungry,but now regularly, doing pilates, has improved my hunger levels. My food intake has improved and at the same time I can see some good changes in the body.

Hi Nicole! I love love love your workouts! I've been doing them daily for over a year while adding weights, booty bands, etc. to adjust to my muscle gains! So much more sustainable on my joints and overall wellbeing (the yoga influence helps) than weight lifting but still great resistance training. I was wondering if you'd consider doing a pilates workout centered on balance. I love your one-leg balance exercises but an entire dynamic workout centered on building strength and balance would be very helpful for my rollerskating training as well as others involved in ice skating, dance, etc. Side note: it is an inside joke between my friends and me to say "yummy glute stretch" in your accent when we do your videos, lol. Thank you! (:

I remember doing Mary Winsor DVD’s when I started doing Pilates. I’ve been searching off and on over the past few years hoping that I can find someone that can match her tone. I just so happened to run into this. You are very gentle with your moves and just when I’m about to give up, you change into something else.. which is great 👍🏾.

February w1 done! I had to reduce the workouts this week because I was adapting to a new city. But I am back again. I was feeling excited about this workout, even I got a pair of weights. Please 🙏, more workouts like this with weights. It was challenging but enjoyable
