I’m at this point in pilates where the beginners class are too easy for me but the intermediate ones are super hard but I can’t wait to come back to this one in a couple of weeks and see if I got better !! Hi Nicole, I have been doing your sessions for ages and they are truly superb! Your description of how it should feel is first class. Nobody else does it with such clarity and precision. I'm not quite as flexible as you are (!) in terms of holding legs up / bending and so some sessions focused on creating more mobility (lower back / hamstrings I presume) would be really beneficial. Thanks.

Woooo, I think I just proved to myself that I wasn't actually ready for the intermediate series just yet but I hung in there. I might have subbed some moves but you kept me pushing through. I appreciate your calming voice and how easy you make everything look.

Started with your beginner videos, moved to moderate, and this was my first intermediate class. Whewwww I’m dead there were some parts where my balance was a little wobbly but I was able to keep up for the most part so I’m proud of myself, all thanks to you Nicole🫶🫶💖💖
How can she sit up from that flat lying position with elbows wide behind her head! I barely got up holding my thigh. I want to be fit and strong like her one day. That’s AMAZING! ❤
You'll get there with alot of practice. I'm a mat pilates instructor, but I just recently started teaching again after a three year break. It's even hard for me.🙂
After being done with competition dance, I have felt my muscles, flexibility, and overall fitnesses decline. I have had a really difficult go at finding time to the gym/ working out, until I found this channel! I have been aiming to exercise with Nicole everyday, and I have been loving it. Hi Nicole, this was a great workout, really challenging but enjoyable! I do a lot of pilates, yoga and hiit classes, so I put a lot of pressure on my wrists. It would be great to see a few more wrist free pilates videos please :)

This was a REALLY tough workout. I felt accomplished afterwards and pretty much flopped on my mat like a dead fish. I love these weekly routines and varying degrees of challenging exercises.

When I was able to do that balance excercise without having to put my foot down, I literally cried of happiness. I've gotten so much stronger since I started doing your workouts. At first I could barely lift my legs when laying on my side xD

So challenging yet so perfect and calming at the same time. I woke up with some back stiffness and neck aches so I knew it would be a Move with Nicole workout day. My body feels so much more loosened up,, strong, and my aches and pains seem to go away as soon as I finish your videos. Thank you Nicole!!
Nicole, this is by far my favourite workout. It has the most perfect pace and composition for my body. It's seriously challenging but somehow I'm able to do all the moves. It leaves me drenched in sweat and incredibly empowered. Also, the music in 15:00-19:40 is so perfect for that exercise, it gives me such a boost. Thank you so much for all your work, you are a gift!

you've done it nicole. i've been doing your youtube vidoes for over 2 weeks and this is the first one ive had to take breaks while doing it 🙌🙌🙌. Props to you. Im gonna keep on doing this youtube video intill im able to do it with out taking a break. will see how long this takes. I also enjoy how this doesn't use to much arm work. and how it had my whole body shaking. that abs set was intense! and my glutes were going off! Thank you nicole!!!!!! day 2: it ws a tad bit easier, but i still got the shakes. I compelted it almost without stopping!

Big THANK YOU 💜 Nicole!! I fell over a student about 3 weeks ago, fell like a log. I suffered no major injuries but my spine felt compressed and my back muscles felt like it was used as a punching bag after an intense back workout. (Of course I acknowledge seeing a specialist should be done first.) My body just felt it needed to be stretched. It was so very uncomfortable. (No pain just great discomfort) I listened to my body and started with your short stretch classes, then moved to longer ones. The first class took away 50% of my discomfort. I was able to sleep that night. After a few days I switched to the yoga classes, shorter to longer. After a few of those I moved up to pilates. I used yoga techniques to help me bend over in my everyday life to protect my back during the healing process. (I am sure I looked over dramatic bending over for a pencil on the floor.🤪) My back is on the mend. I now have, with caution, use of my everyday mobility. Thank you💜 ***I don't avocate this for anyone after a fall. It just felt like what ME, MYSELF AND I needed to do.***
Nicole thank you so much for all you do! I started doing your workouts in June and would randomly pick a work out and follow along with your videos a couple of times a week. Now I follow along consistently with the monthly workout playlists. I’m stronger mentally, I’m not fixated on results anymore but just really enjoy going through the flow. Your approach is inspiring, fun and non judgemental. It’s inspired me to pick up running again and I combine that with your workouts now. They have made me a better runner.
