I've been struggling to find real workouts that are doable with injured knees, but this one was perfect. I could do the whole thing without modifications or any pain. Loved it :)

Coach Kozak, I just want to let you know after i followed your videos, i've been decreased my weight from 89 Kg to 79 Kg! From your video "15 minutes Insanity Cardio Workout". Coach Kozak and Claudia, I love these workouts with an entire package of a warm up, cardio, abs and cool down. You guys make such sincere efforts towards your fitness goal; bring in a variety of moves, never making it look challenging even if it is. i keep coming back to this one. Such a GREAT full body workout while not stressing the joints. Don't let the Beginner tab fool you, it is challenging if you do Coach K's versions and keep up the pace. This time I added a little resistance band into some of the moves to challenge myself a bit more. I can't thank you enough for your videos. In only three weeks of doing your 2 "35 minutes Standing Abs & Low impact Cardio Workout for beginners" (i don't know whether you have more of these) I have seen my waistline literally SHRINK .No girdles or shapewear for me, this is the REAL DEAL I'm so glad, I could just jump high in the air, really! Just wanted to share, I have been doing your workouts for over a year. Absolutely love the variety. I just wanted to let you know that I don’t get stronger. I have lupus, and a herniated L5. I workout when I am able. I definitely have muscle back in my legs and arms. But I don’t get stronger. I am 58, so every time I workout it’s hard for me mentally and physically. I love when Coach Kosak says whether you’re fighting for you life.... I am . I am able to get up without having to hold onto something. And I am fighting to stay strong and independent. Thank you both.

I've done this exercise several times since I can do it at home without waking up anybody and it is very intense. I love it but it is starting to feel easy for me now, and I don't have the means to increase weight as I can't afford dumbbells and bigger water bottles would be tough to grip. What do you recommend for this case (keep in mind the low noise requirement)?

Guys, this was GREAT!! Much tougher than I originally thought it would be!! I have been a dancer and exercise fanatic all of my life and was always petite........UNTIL I hit my 40s. Now that I have met the 50 mark, my body looks nothing like it did when I was younger!!! 😒. My energy level is much lower and I have absolutely no desire to jump around doing aerobics any longer. This workout got me sweating and breathless in no time, and the exercises were unique! I loved it!! Thank you for providing this to your viewers. I request exercises for the upper abdominal/midriff area since my new older body is accumulating fat there.

Only came across this workout today and its a real game changer compared to other workouts ive tried as it adds versatility. Abs can be quite a pain in the ass to train but this is an excellent alternative as it hits all the right areas with correct intensity. Look forward to making this part of my self conditioning routine.

I had a hard time getting my core to engage in this workout. I found it to be a little faster than your other videos in terms of understanding the exercise before being able to do it. I found myself needing to switch to another of your videos to be able to get a core workout that I could feel. This felt like my legs and arms were getting the most workout. Any tips? I’m assuming I was missing something...

for the first time in my life I feel like I am able to modify my workouts to be age appropriate and not hurt myself (at almost 50 I have a lot of injuries from intense physical activity), and still get a great workout. Good on you Hasfit/Kozak. Many thanks from Vancouver Canada.

Another great workout, though at the end I was waiting for the countdown to switch stance on the last ab move and ended up doing the first side for a lot longer. Is this really over 400 calories? I did this work out today i deffo felt it! But i use a food tracker n calorie tracker as i need to loose at least 2 stone ... i just want to be sure is this really what i would of burnt from doing the harder option ... i HOPE SO!

That's the maximum amount of calories you can burn when doing this workout. How many calories depends on your activity level and heart rate throughout the workout! The range that we give you is an average or the best estimate we could give you!

@@HASfit thank you for your reply this is great then as i mainly keep up with the harder version ... it's freezing in England now so getting my walks in isn't as easy far to cold lol... so if i am eating around 1400 a day and can burn at least 400 including what we burn naturally i should be on the right track right? I am currently 165 pound's n 5.6 tall eating healthier ... i just hope this is it as taken me to long to figure this all out haha

HASfit, I have a weird schedule. It's 6 days instead of 7. Work 2 day, 2 nights, then off two. Would you still suggest taking the two days of rest? I've been doing the 4 days of exercise then two days off (twice; working on my third week now). I'm already seeing results. I'm not sure if I'm losing weight but I sure am slimming at the least.

Of all the 30 min workouts I like yours the best! Almost 2 months down with these. Love the humbleness and motivation throughout and how it's a challenge no matter how many times I do these workouts. Never boring and they WORK. Now if only y'all could cook healthy for me. Its hard for me to make healthy meals with 3 kids and a husband that "don't eat that!" So I often suffer and give in to the quick unhealthy fixes. That is a battle I don't think I'll ever win.😢 But thanks for these videos 👍

Thank ya'll so much -- I'm 400lb+ and have been doing the low impact beginners videos for past three weeks and I'm loving, LOVING, HASFit and the thoughtful and Incredibly kind and inclusive way ya'll lead these videos. I really appreciate the thorough instruction as well as the workout previews, which really help me prepare and keep up. I feel challenged and encouraged. You can tell how much work goes into creating and planning these videos and just want to say thank you so much for sharing. Ya'll rock!

I’m so happy that I ran across you guys I placed in kettlebell workouts for beginners and I been in love with all of you guys workout videos since, especially those showing and helping demonstrate the modification workouts! I love how you guys explain everything and demonstrate every move. May God continue to bless you both, and thanks for helping me get my healthy back on track along with others.
