This was the most fun I’ve had working out in long time. I never felt overtaxed like I do in some fast paced cardio workouts but I was sweating bullets. The squats did not strain my 46 year old knees yet they were fun and effective. This chic is the BEST!!!!

Love Christa and her kickboxing workouts so much - they are so unique! I joined her squad a while back and just love the workouts on her channel and the community she has created. Today i did this workout combined with one of her OG knockout ab workouts on her website and almost died (in a good way)! An hour of Christa's kickboxing combos is THE best way to start the week! P.S Christa that last combo in the popsugar workout was AWESOME!

This is my fav workout right now, as always with Christa's new routines I find them nearly impossible at first but after some practice...I become a pro at them (well nearly 😜😝)
Definitely not a beginner's work out! Combos took me a little longer to learn than I expected, especially starting on my weak side. I need to spend more time on balance to get those double front and double round kicks to look decent. Good reason to press play again =) Thanks!
As a B&B-er, i thought this was an easier workout but oh hell nah! I am so done, however i missed the signature bell ring after every round but still it was a pretty neat workout!
