There are tons of low priced wallhacks or other esp for dbd lol. They are not so good for killer since you still have to catch in loops, but incredibly good for survs

Literally all they need to do is boost his movement speed, and reduce the spread of his blades a little bit more. It's unreasonably infuriating that he moves so slow in a chase, and I get it his knives give him the much needed range to close the gap. But it's not enough, he needs some stopping power. If anything, one of his pink addons should allow him to 99 a survivor's laceration meter.

I hope you realize how dumb this sounds, no? Same logic as huntress, refill before hooking survivors so you can be at full power going to the next chase or unless you are comfrtable hitting your knives then reload every 2 chases

@@Ziebba97 I mean yeah it sounds dumb, but to be fair he lacks lethality. It's just frustrating to see much untapped potential in a killer such as him. I just want him to be a little better, he's lately been the one killer that I've fun with in a while. But he just needs some changes and I'm sure they'll come around at some point in time but for now as one of my newest mains he lacks the much needed time stalling that other killers have. Alas, he's going to stay like this for the next year or so. I do wish they would've taken more time in testing, we got a whole new batch of killers within a short gap of 6 or so months and they all still need some changes in my opinion. The biggest one being the twins, they have just as much potential.

the problem with trickster is two things. Trickster buffs the best survivor loops and nerfs the best killer loops. The reason i say this is any loop with high walls that can be seen through are worst on trickster the other killers, because of how slow he is and having no mind game you can loop trickster near infinite at places like shack. While jungle gyms with high walls aren't too horrible for other killers, because at least you can mind game them from time to time. While trickster being as slow as he is has a harder time mind gaming and gets punished harder for the mind game not working plus high walls with lots of turns makes hitting multiple daggers a nightmare. The other issue with trickster is his ability "show time" is to similar to his normal ability. Why is this a problem? Well, the counter to his normal ability is to play around high walls to break off lines of sight so he can't throw daggers at you, avoiding the open at all costs. His ability "show time" is a lot of daggers really fast and its strength pretty much can't be used unless he finds someone in the open. What i would like to see with his ability is instead its gives him increased movement speed while throwing daggers. So that he is actually slightly faster then he would be even while not throwing daggers. So that at least every once in a while he can actually not be looped forever and ever and it makes "show time" something separate from his actual ability so that survivors don't just automatically counter "show time" by just avoiding his normal daggers, because it doesn't actually add to what his ability is already doing really.

Keep in mind that he is also playing what survivors generally consider "trash killer" tactics. Tunneling the same survivors and even camping hooks. All things that really piss survivors off even if its the best play for you at the moment. Generally otz doesn't do these things because he doesn't find them fun and probably also doesn't want to get rage typed to after every match. The only reason he didn't deal with any range in these games is just because everyone knew it was him. If otz did the same thing on a random obscure account he would actually be shit talked more games then not.

In my opinion everything about the 19th Chapter of dead by daylight was good except for tricksters power

@@grald1195 the perks and visual design of the killer/surv were awful too imo all they got right was the chase theme and trickster's audio design

@@ViolentSh4de I think the tricksters design was a very interesting Riff on what they could have done because he's probably the most realistic killer in the game despite how boring he is however the survivors perks werent very good

@@ViolentSh4de Um. Trickster’s perks aren’t awful. Especially StarStruck. It’s an amazing perk with high amounts of utility and has a noticeable impact on the match. No Way Out is kinda meh but it’s definitely the best endgame perk we’ve gotten since Blood Warden, giving you that extra time to down one more person and kill them. Crowd control is his weakest but it actually works with his power since blocking windows is your best bet. Plus your opinion on the design is just that: Your opinion, so I won’t argue that.

@@aegislight5996 Its RNG, but if you a rank 1 red rank its a 100% guarantee you run into a 4 man squad of good survivors at least one time.

It's like when he basically threw a tournament for his team by playing Plague instead of a real killer, because he wanted to make some larger point about "all killers being viable" or whatever. He was also getting really unhappy with all the "negativity" on his channel when Trickster first released and the chat was just a chorus of "oh god, new killer is so bad, this is terrible." He seems like a decent guy, but he's got an axe to grind and makes him not objective.

@@realityparoxysm To be fair - Plague's corrupted spit has insane downing potential. But yeah, playing against coordinated tournament teams requires more than that, something meta and easy to use.

Make Trick Blades add on base kit, make main event a power like Oni's where you can activate it at your choosing, and either make him 115 or make it so survivors have to pull knives out will probably make him a good killer

@@LuciferMorningstar-ot4ds Since i didn't see scratchmarks to the left and the terror radius was still faint when they rescued i assumed they might be healing under the hook, so i was just on the look out for that i guess. But even now when i rewatch it i have a hard time seeing her.
