This is a 37 minute vinyasa style yoga class designed to prepare you for front splits pose, hanumanasana. This pose requires a lot of openness in the legs and hips. We use two blocks and a wall as props. Hanumanasana is named after the Hindu God Hanuman. This is an all-levels yoga class with some intermediate options, but it is still beginner friendly. Class is led by Helen Cloots.
