Hi friends! Welcome to the Floating Yoga School RU-vid channel. I started Floating Yoga School after many years working in the yoga and wellness industries. I wanted to share yoga and wellness practices with people around the world in a way that's fun and accessible.
Originally the "floating" aspect of Floating Yoga School came from living on a sailboat. These days it represents so much more: going with the flow of life, the very real but virtual aspect of online connection, and the dream of traveling again (soon!).
I currently offer RU-vid membership exclusive content, online 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, and private classes for groups and individuals. The best way to connect is via email - Helen@FloatingYogaSchool.com. - www.floatingyogaschool.com
A 🔥 heat inducing practice. Luved the trifecta openers (my body craves heart hip and hammies stretches) and creativity you applied to this flow, Thanks Helen and Lauren 🙏🙏
Wonderful intentional practice, so strong of flow Helen. Thank You. 😊 you surprised me with the rock the baby into elephant trunk into compass … our hammies and hips were well prepped for this. From Canada 🇨🇦 namaste 🙏
Helen, 👏 we used the entire mats surface this morning with all these fun twists and turns, appreciation for your calming directive and cues as we flowed. So lovely. Watch out for those coconuts 🥥
So different, but what I needed today! 🙌 On a split shift and can get in a bit of a scrolly/couchy frame of mind, so it was a good way to bring some breath and energy into my body and have a better attitude going into round 2! 🥊 Thanks Helen! 🧡💛
Great energizing practice. Very invigorating and informative. I really appreciate you taking the time to explain about the poses and the mythology around it. Thank you Helen!🙏👌🌟
Hi! It really depends on the class and students - I like to know the person’s body and practice before I offer hands-on assists, and then it’s to help them with alignment, to get deeper, or as a feel good assist
I love warrior poses so I really enjoyed this flow. Timing is very in tune with the universe as I visited a Hindu temple at the weekend as part of a multi-faith activity. Thank you Helen!
Wow, this flow is very twisty and turny, swapping from one end of the mat to the other! I found it quite fast-paced and would've liked a bit more time to adjust to each pose. Quite a challenge!
Like the different variations in each move as I am just getting back to yoga after a short recovery period. ❤ And the history lesson of course. Thanks.
Thanks you for the flow and the story. The changes from worrior to warrior Was too fast for me. I like the other of yours warrior flow too- I have practised it many times. Thanks again!
