Rudy is only good in the paint he can’t play perimeter defense can’t score from beyond 2ft away from the basket and he can’t hit free throws and he has no post game so no he’s not top 20 he might not even be top 40
Saying that Dallas was the hottest team coming into the finals means nothing. Saying that smart people picked the Mavs means nothing. When the wolves beat Denver, everyone thought they were the hottest team and more than half the people out there were picking them. It all meant nothing they got punched in the mouth by Dallas and stayed down. And the same thing happened to Mavs against the Celtics
Rudy Gobert over Markennen is crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Past 2 seasons, Lauri has averaged 24&9 on 49/40/88 splits. As a 1st option. Now obviously he’s on a shitty team. But that’s more doubles and added attention. He’d be excellent as a 2nd option or even a 3rd. For example, you plug him in Sacramento and he’d fit like a glove. He would be a legit 2nd option and I can see him avging 20-24PPG after DFox.
@pickaside Seriously, I watched EVERY ravens game last season. He barely played at all. He wasn't even option 1 when people got hurt. He is no real lost. Ronald Darby is waaaay more relevant of a loss then him. Ya sin was a waste of money
@@anthonyjacob4189 Fully healthy Mitch Robinson is good. I love Al but he’s 38 now on a different team I’m not sure he would be quite as good as he is on a stacked Celtics roster. Still he’s not far off making this list forsure
Really good list. Here is what I'd argue 1. Devin Booker and Jaylen Brown over Donovan Michell. 2. Im still taking Jrue Holiday (my favorite player) over a lot of the top 50. Mainly Vanvleet and Derrick White. Jrue's clutch has to count for something. And neither Derrick White or Vanvleet should be considered 2s. Specifically Vanvleet who is very inefficient and limited by size. 3. I'd have these young guys at least 20 spots up from where they are listed: Jalen Johnson, Brandon Miller, Amen Thompson, and Ausar Thompson (why list Amen bt not Ausar?)
12:13 - Genuine question: what makes everyone so sure the Bucks would’ve 100% made it out the first round if Giannis played???? The Bucks went 1-4 against the Pacers this season with Giannis averaging 42/13/5 in those matchups. Mind you-they never even played the Pacers after they acquired Siakam; the Pacers were busting their ass BEFORE they got their co-star in Pascal. So if Indiana already had their number and only got better with the Siakam trade, what leads everyone to believe that Giannis and the Bucks would’ve definitively beat them and made it out the first round????
Because the series went 6 without arguably the best player in the world with a locked in Khris and Dame. Also one of the games the Bucks lost they couldn't get a single defensive rebound in 5 different occasion during 1 possession, I'm sure a 6'11 250 pound PF who averages 12 rebounds a game would've helped JUST a little bit 💀. And Pascal was mid after his first 2 amazing games (again a top 5 defensive player itl would've helped slow him down/put him in foul trouble and made him work defensively) averaging 15 PPG on 48% TS LMAO. And RS game records don't matter much, we've just seen the Wolves sweep the Suns although struggling in the RS, back in 2019 OKC swept the Blazers and Portland won the playoff series in 5 without Nurkic, Rose Bulls owned the Heat in the RS but come playoffs they got smoked.
@@thepeoplesmix9779 all valid points tbh, just think it’s a little crazy how no one gives Indiana a shot in that series with a healthy Giannis when they handled their own against him and Milwaukee all season 🤷🏾♂️
@@nwv.parker I think Bucks win that in 7 but yea Pacers do got a shot. Ppl just don’t respect the Pacers YET. Ppl equate them to the 2021 Hawks so now they’re cautious (maybe overly) to annotate an up and coming team. Indiana would have to do it again hopefully with a fully healthy Hali this go around.
Jared Goff WITHOUT A DOUBT is the most Underrated and Disrespected Quarterback in the Entire NFL....yeah he isn't Flashy or Dynamic but all he does is give his Team Elite Level Play and Production that contributes heavily in WINNING Games. Jared Goff Last 2 Seasons 9,013Yards, 59TDs 19Ints 98.5 rating While Winning💪
Honestly majority of the names that they were questionable about being better than rudy are better than rudy. Rudy is a liability on offense & defense at times. I don’t even think he’s the best defender on his team (mcdaniels) & if you gave Naz Reid all his minutes I don’t think it would be much of a drop off & the spacing would be a lot better on offense.
The Bucks are disappointments? How when they weren't healthy in the playoffs. They fired their coach cause The GM didn't feel like the team was FULLY bought in to Adrian Griffin although having a 31-13 record. And they blew the C's out TWICE! Up 30+ in two different games at home, and lost by 3 in both games in Boston (Giannis missed 1 game).
As a Knicks fan not a gram of disappointment in my body over how the season ended. Not another team in the league that could have gone as far with as many rotational injuries. That said, can’t use the same excuse next season
Rudy has so much hidden value on offense. Great screener, draws a ton of fouls getting the wolves in the bonus and elite offense rebounder. If Rudy is such a liability offensively why in the playoffs did the wolves offense with Ant fall off a cliff when Rudy sat but then Rudy and Ant were together it was amazing. Rudy most underrated player in the league and gets the reputation of trash because he has 3 to 4 not pretty plays a game that everyone remembers
This dude really hates the Mavs. Bro, the Mavs were getting killed cuz Boston was defending off DJJ, because he can’t shoot. Putting PG in that DJj spot where he can shoot 3s, but also put the ball on the floor automatically makes the Mavs the top team in the West.
Bruh are they serious? Lol they literally won a game without Rudy even being there. These guys are unserious man 59:35 feel like I can comment every 5 minutes

“He’s already better than Clint Capela” Clint had 7 straight seasons of averaging double doubles including last season having a better season than Derek ( I know it’s his rookie season) Correct me if I’m wrong but I remember him grabbing 25+ boards in one game so I don’t know where the fuck that came from 😂
Listening to them (they never played real ball) 58:28 during this Rudy segment is hilarious. Rudy is unplayable cause they don’t have to guard him at all and it clogs up there offense cause his man can blow everything up @Riv 😂 whereas Jamal even if he is missing he’s still being guarded so you can tell run your offense. Quick tip for yall. I wish yall would try to learn the game but this is entertaining sometimes
Y’all gotta understand that Dak has had shitty coaching since day 1😂He don’t have the luxury of having good offensive coaching staffs. People think a QB is suppose to just easily overcome shit like that it’s damn near impossible. So yeah he’s underrated because people really think Dak sucks let’s just be honest about that lol. The national media does not like Dak at all and idky. A 4th round pick getting treated like he’s a bust. Herbert deserves more scrutiny than Dak because Herbert is viewed as this top 5 guy but doesn’t do Top 5 things yet…nobody says shit😂”Oh he’s still top 5 for me” “Oh he’s still one of the best” like come on😂We all know Dak shoulda been mvp but that lost to the bills killed it which is understandable but Dak does get a lot of hate for no reason and part of is because he plays for Dallas.
Gobert is a better rim protector than bam. He's nowhere near the defensive player of bam. How are you the dpoy and get played off of the court on defense plenty of times
Nah Jaylen Brown nice but he is the worst finals mvp in a long ass time lol Iggy was a bad choice because of Curry’s outstanding play but Iggy played amazing too. Brown just felt weird to get it.
Luka made a couple defensive plays in the 2nd n 3rd round but even in those series he was mid at best. He was HORRENDOUS in the first rd n finals. James harden was getting anything he wanted
@@RivAcademy sometimes feel like you're not as consistently on the show, especially for big moments like you used to be. When y'all all 4 together, it's magic. So it makes it a bit glaring when you're gone
I’m sorry but valuing offense that much makes me question basketball knowledge because ain’t no fucking way you got Kyrie > Gobert lmao like ain’t no fucking way and KP? Kawhi? Zion? They all hurt hell nah and stop this JB praise he’s nice but it clear that he’s over Gobert. EDIT: LAURI > GOBERT???? Oh fuck no You know what’s so funny Andrew complains about the Lakers defense so much and yet isn’t valuing defense…that’s actually sick asf
Foster over Jackson??? Arian foster had 4 great season Steven Jackson played longer and was more consistent. Jackson had more rushing and receiving yards. He had 8 seasons of 1000 plus yards. Foster had 4. Jackson was better out of the backfield catching the ball. Jackson was better in every major stat minus career yards per rush with Jackson averaging 4.1 and Foster with 4.4. Wemby is a generational but Chet ain’t no scrub. How can you take wemby over Rudy but not Chet ?not as talented as Wemby but I’ll take him over Rudy. So the bills are banking on a young receiving core in an offense that it’s really Josh Allen reliant and we think they’re gonna be even better ? Harbaugh teams use physical toughness and a stout defense with a run first approach so the lack of wide receiver talent isn’t an issue. Celtics fans are weird. They created this false narrative and blame the media for using the available evidence to make opinions. Y’all didn’t get the job done for years so the criticism was fair. You won (finally ) but why are we acting like they didn’t deserve the criticism
