How the metal cords are extracted from reactors? Does it require operation to stop? And isn't it more effective to shred tires before loading them into reactors?

Hello, we have the steel wire drawing machine to remove the it from the reactor. This is batch design machine, so it need to stop. If the diameter of tires is less than 1.4, it doesn't need to be shredded. If you want to know more information, feel free to email us info@huayinenergy.com.

Shredding is an additional step that takes effort. But I'd like to see the full ash/wire extraction process, too... steel wire is not nice to handle...

What oil? - diesel - bunker oil. - high gred oil? - spec code? - rector temp"c heat? Temp"c ? Around 1992 more and that around from tires reycle waste raw material convert to bunker oil/ gas/ etc. Technology from taiwan firsr plant. Just For sharing..... i set up plant project high technology ( factory).. now new technology green tech all waste from dumping area can convert by product.

Pyrolysis oil is a mixed product of countless hydrocarbon compounds! ;) It should be fed into raw oil stream of a refinery. It definitly needs some refining until it can be run in an engine.
