Small pro tip for those who use shortcut keys! (Also I think it's a new feature at 3.0v) In sculpt mode you can quickly swap to a different object if you hover on it and press: Alt + Q

It's used to be D. 3.0 messed with some of the default shortcuts, which is so far the only thing I noticed that annoys me in the update. Good to know.

It's retopology: basically when you sculp something it ends up having a lot of polygons, which makes it have a really large file size and makes it very demanding on your computer if you try to animate it. Therefore by creating a new mesh using the shape of the old one (which had the unnecessary amount of polygons) you can have similar levels of detail without sacrificing performance (The old sculpted mesh can be deleted afterwards)
