4.3 Spider Injector replacement in The Audiopipe Blazer
Not audio or Audiopipe related but this may help anyone who has to do this tedious job of replacing one! Just remember take your time when doing any repair or project! This is the same on any GM 4.3 to 5.3 motor with a spider injector fuel delivery. This replacement upgrades the factory poppet style injectors to a multiport injection system. No additional things have to be added or done. You can still get a poppet style injector system, but for a little more in cost you can upgrade to this and have a piece of mind that you have the upgrade! Enjoy!

Most definitely! Not that this is real hard to do if you know what your doing. It is a time consuming process, and I can imagine what the labor rate would be at a shop on a job like this. Add the cost of parts, etc. yes it's nice to be able to do it yourself!

You should do a 5.3 or 4.8 and 4l60 trans swap with a comp thumper cam. It would definitely get it down the road a better and sound just as cool as the bass when you're idling charging your batterys lol

Your blazer must be atleast 2002.5 or a 2003, there is no egr on it. The valve would be located in that large blank area next to where the thermostat is

I have a 06 4.3 and it doesn’t have the return line hole and I ordered one and it came with the return line hole and now gas comes out of there

I'm about to replace my spider injectors. Got a Chinese fuel injector kit for my Suburban. The tubes seem to be hard to bend. Any experience with those from China?

Can't say I do, unless mine is Chinese 🤷‍♂️ but mine were pretty flexible

@@Basscop I got one side where the tubes dont want to swivel. Added some oil to it and will force it on around. If it breaks I'll send it back. Came in a plain brown box with no manufacture name.

Great video! If your handy with a wrench this could be done in a day if all materials were together beforehand. Random question concerning the sky high car audio aluminum battery top post distribution blocks; what do you clean them with /coat them with to protect against corrosion??

The post usually come with a costing on them. However it still doesn't prevent corrosion from mixing metals. In the past I've just used Never Dull to keep them clean. I'm doing a front battery delete soon using an empty case and will be putting in new terminals

@@Basscop cant wait to see how that turns out! Looking into never dull asap. I have the same blocks and they corroded quick here in Florida. Thought about using liquid electrical tape or dielectric grease but both of those options sound greasy and messy! Thanks for the content and the quick response.

Oh! Florida, salty humid air! Other than quite frequently cleaning them im not sure what you could do to prevent that. You may try masking everything off around them and hitting them with some clear coat. They "may" slow it down, but not sure on that!

I hear korn in the background i like that haha. Well did the routing of the injector tubes a little funny but hey made it work. Getting that plenum under the main harness is a total pain in the ASS

@@Basscop it's cool everybody makes mistakes from time to time, but I do have a question about the audiopipe tspp312d4 12's I have looked every where on the internet to find out how many cubic feet they need in a vented box? I recently picked up four of them for 150 bucks and need to box built yesterday.

1.75 to 2.0 cubic feet per sub in a vented enclosure
