Turning up randomly at someone’s door because you know them it’s such old school thing. These days you need to let people know prior and arrange a date. Back in those days anyone could turn up at your door at any time and you were always ready to welcome them. Missing those days

i admire ancelotti.actually the only manager who wins trophies without deep support of his own tactics.He proves tht managing players well will earn u trophies and glory. during ac milan days bfr ucl final in 2007 against liverpool.he just came to training ground,told the players abt their positions in formation and asked the players to play by themselves and try to adapt tactics by the players especially to iconic ac milan midfield like gattuso,seedorf,pirlo,ambrosini result :he won ucl

4 UCL as a Manager, 2 UCL (european Cup back then) as a player. Very few people have won the biggest trophy as both player and coach, none have won as much as Carlo has done as both.

It's just a public perception that Mr.Ancelloti is underated! He is old school "cool".. It's maybe because he doesn't have a marketing machine drumming about tactics and drama on the touchline... There are a few rare set of individuals who are accomplished both as a top league pro player and manager, and he is one of them! Think about the amount of knowledge and experience he has accumulated and the personalities he has interacted with on the field and in management and combine all that! It would be interesting to listen to him getting his brains picked on managing and coaching.... Just a class man this Carlo is!

He doesn't study a lot of football as Pep Guardiola. But he has skills that few people have. Being superfriendly and very simple tactics. "They are defending hard so we arrive by air or directly", we are defending too much so we need a couple of players to do the counter attack. Very simple, and very good players also he had, and of course the friendship with the players and the trust on them is better than anyone. I don'r he will be able to make a team going 10th to be Champion but and coach to know how to manage great teams. If he has the energy to continue with Real Madrid he should.
