I'm a fan of your 3 ingredient recipe and I have cooked it several times. I don't really love cooking that much but have a family to feed and it worked for me. Hi, just started watching your channel! Great video on quick and simple meals! This is so helpful but, always a but, it would be great if you could show how to plan to use up all the extra ingredients ie all of that coconut milk. This seems to be a bigger deterrent when cooking for a small two or three person familly...we end up with so many sauces and spices that end up in the garbage. Thanks for sharing your recipes!
