We challenged chefs of three different levels - an amateur, a home cook and a professional chef - to make their versions of an ice cream sundae. And then we brought in a food scientist to review their work. Which sundae was the best?

Level 1: it tastes good Level 2: the caramel is so good with the ice cream Level 3: it’s so rich, it’s so light, the tartness of the passion fruit really compliments the sweetness of the banana, and the creamy sauce goes well with the tartness and the sweetness.

It's not about looks, it's about taste you incel. lvl 2 chef looks and taste as any generic sundae you can get any time and anywhere if dine out regularly. Meanwhile lvl 3 chef is an umami bomb which is only available to high end restaurants where you pay 200 bucks for a full course.

@@youcansave15ormoreoncarins75 bruh he made like 2 major mistakes even for a level one. 1 the ice cream was liquid and rapidly melting when mixing he should of manage that better either put it in the freezer to firm up a little bit or work with colder ice cream 2. Excessive amounts of stuff 2 brownie would work perfectly you dont even need a brownie topping. As well as too much wipcream.
