Don't worry, Frank is taking part as level 4. He's just gone to the Wilderness of Alaska to catch his Salmon. Then head to Japan to make fresh panko breadcrumbs. Then collect and distill Arctic seawater for his seasalt. Then he needs to go to Italy to harvest his lemons and sun ripe tomatoes. Then he needs to stop in Ireland on the way back to dig out his potatoes. Shoud be ready to start cooking in about a year.

Baby bok choy really doesn’t mean what you Westerners think it means. That variety of vegetable (which you guys sometimes just call ‘bok choy’) is what Chinese people call baby bok choy. As opposed to big bok choy, which is napa cabbage. It’s not like a carrot vs a baby carrot lmao
