doing this exercise for 1 month! starting at 33cm --> goal is 30cm (I only do 1 rep a day) Day 1 : ✅ Day 2 : ✅ Day 3 : ✅ Day 4 : ✅ Day 5 : ✅ Day 6 : ✅ Day 7 : ✅ after doing this workout for 1 week my arms have gone to 31cm! my next goal is 29cm and I will continue to do it for another week Day 8 : ✅ Day 9 : ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13 :✅ Day 14 :✅ arms have def gone skinner but still not what I want to achieve yet Day 15:✅ Day 16:✅ Day 17:✅ Day 18:✅ Day 19:✅ Day 20:✅ Day 21:✅ super happy with the progress, see you in 1 month! Day 22:✅ Day 23:✅ Day 24:✅ Day 25:✅ Day 26:✅ Day 27:✅ Day 28:✅ Day 29:✅ Day 30:✅ Day 31:✅ after doing this for 1 month, my arms have toned down and wasn't as 'fat' as they were before. Starting this work out for the first time! Please like this and motivate me so I can keep going! Arms-23cm Goal-19 Day1:✅(my arms feel like there gonna fall off) Day2:✅I little easier ig ima update on day 7! Day3:✅ I see a little difference im impressed! Day4:my arms are so sore but I’m so happy because it’s almost day 7 Day:5✅ Day6:burns but I don’t rly see a difference yet so I might have to add on more days Day7:✅ measure day! Day8:✅i see a little difference Day9:✅ I’m still the same measurement so i think I need to do it for like 20? Days I’m going to add another workout with it to!

i just finished doing pilates and i went straight into the arm workout. this was my first time doing it and i honestly gotta say that my arms did hurt and i had to take a small break but i know as i keep on doing it. i’ll get better at it

@@neelab1467 a lil update: it really does work I can see my arms getting a bit smaller. I saw before and after pictures (that I took) and you can definitely tell the difference. now I will admit I haven’t done this work in a month?…. I think. I gotta get back on it. but as you keep on doing these arm workouts your arms will hurt less and the results will come fast (if you do it everyday ofc) but be patient the results will come

GOING TO BE DOING THIS FOR 2 WEEKS!! Day 1: arms hurt a bit, not too much tho Day 2: was quite busy Day 3: same as day one Day 4: was a bit unmotivated today, but still did it and I’m proud that I was able to push aside my laziness Day 5 + Day 6: had a rlly bad fever and couldn’t get out of bed to move around Day 7 + 8: same say last two days Day 9: finally found the strength to do this!! Rlly proud of myself

Thank you so much hina!!! I've been doing your slim legs one and this one for 3 weeks and when I tell you I got RESULTS, I REALLY GOT RESULTS. As a child I struggled with self image a lot, even though I'm still a child (13 years old) You helped me to become so much more confident than I was. At 12 I was trying to be like a beauty model or something, but now I'm really confident. My thighs went down 8 cm, and my arms went down 5 inches. You are so helpful, THANK YOU SO MUCH

Start 27 cm-goal is 23 cm. Day 1-My arms are sore Day 2-I notice extremely slight difference. Day 3-WTH! My arms lost a good 1.75 cm in 3 days. I just measured. There 25.25 cm! TYSM. Day 4-I’m so sorry,I didn’t do it today. 😭😭😭 Day 5-sore arms Day 6-I see the difference I wanted It works rly well…please do it if you want your dream slim arms but remember your beautiful just the way you are. ❤️

I'll be doing this daily twice and I'll update on my arms Day 1: it was easy my arms are a bit on fire but not so much. Done twice Sorry didn't update forgot about it completely lol.. I've been doing it for 3 weeks now and I've lost about 4-5 inches off my arm so it definitely works. I'd completely recommend this

Okay, so the goal is slim arms for when classes start again in September. Ima be doing this twice a day for a month, and I'm gonna continue afterwards, too. Day 1, 2x- It honestly was not that bad, I definitely felt it inbetween my shoulders and neck, like it was pulling it down. Keep your head straight, it pulls it down better so your hunched back disappears. It was definitely on the arm circles that I felt it but this was a really easy workout and I am so excited to come back and do tomorrow. Day 2, 2x- Done day two and i can already feel my arms getting a tiny bit more stronger if you know what I mean. Day 3, 2x- done Day 4, 2x- done Day 5, 2x- done Day 6, 2x- done, I had to skip all my ab, leg and arm workouts, except this one, cos I wasn't staying home, and we had an event that went on til late so hopefully, I can compensate tomorrow. Day 7, 2x- done, managed to catch up on all my workouts thankfully 1 WEEK- 10.5 INCHES TO 10 INCHES (26.67CM TO 25.4CM) (It's always my legs and arms that are so stubborn istg) Day 8, 2x- done Day 9, 2x- done Day 10, 2x- done Day 11, 2x- done. I honestly do not know what is wrong with me lately, the past 2-3 days whenever i sit straight, stick my chest out and the thing with your arms backwards, all those kind of exercises, i can feel in my ribcage it hurting, like a sharp stabbing pain, then an hour or two later, i'll feel sick, throw up, blah blah blah, it's so bizarre Day 12, 2x- done Day 13, 2x- done Day 14, 2x- done 2 WEEKS- 10 INCHES TO 9.8 INCHES (25.4CM TO 24.8CM) Day 15, 2x- done Day 16, 2x- done Day 17, 2x- done Day 18, 2x- done Day 19, 2x- done Day 21, 2x- done 3 WEEKS- STILL 9.8 INCHES (24.8CM) Day 22, 2x- done Day 23, 2x- done Day 24, 2x- done Day 25, 2x- done Day 26, 2x- done Day 27, 2x- done Day 29, 2x- done Day 30, 2x- done 1 MONTH- 9.8 INCHES TO 9.5 INCHES (24.8CM TO 24.1CM) Ima log every day and I'm gonna be doing the Hikari full upper body workout, Momomi 4min arm/shoulder workouts (I'm gonna be doing all of them twice a day, I've been doing the Momomi ones twice a day for around 3 weeks now so I'm just starting the Hikari one and this one. I'm gonna put the links for the other arm workouts underneath, wish me luck guys! SUMMARY- Okay so for me personally, I think that this workout is good if you wanna start out or just wanna lightly tone your arms, it's not gonna give you the most significant results but I will continue doing it once a day, rather than twice, because I think it's a nice, calm workout i can use to stretch with. If you want bigger results, you should do this with another workout because this alone will not give you the results that you want. Just 4 minutes a day, once or twice, for about a month or two is what's gonna give you your desired results, so please do not give up and let's achieve all of our goals together! AND REMEMBER, you don't need no extreme diet or a diet at all, all you gotta do is tone your body so the muscles burn the calories for you alongside your workouts. The most you gotta do is just try not to have too much sugar, too much salt, blah blah blah, even if you do, water fixes it. Cut off anything carbonated like pepsi, fanta, sprite, all that, and just drink water, try have 2 or 3 litres a day and your bloating is gonna disappear, your skin will clear and you'll just feel energised. I've noticed that if I have any soda or stuff, it makes me feel heavy and puts me off working out, so I stick with water.

@@tr_hyv Yes! I had totally forgot to upload but I measured my arm the second day I did it and I was with 29cm but at the end I went with 27.2cm! Totally recommend if you want to do it as a routine!

this definitely works!!! I was doing it for three months with some breaks and at first my arms were very flabby and with a lot of fat but from the first week I did these exercises I saw a great difference 💪💗. My arms currently no longer have any fat and are stronger, I will continue doing these exercises to make my arms look better 💗💗

Doing this for as long as possible Day 1: Did it and it was more or less easy felt the burn but no changes yet obviously Day 2: Did it and it felt harder and it felt more effective as well but no visible changes

Начинаю делать с сегодняшнего дня (23.11) по два подхода - утром и вечером. Мои руки - 26. Ожидание - 23.🎀 d1 - ✅ раньше делала эту тренировку, но сейчас решила каждый день. было легко, не сложно, сделала все как надо. d2 - ✅ заболели мышцы утром… все равно сделала дважды. упражнения давались легче, чем вчера. d3 - ✅ утром служит как зарядка, поэтому полезно и нужно. d4 - ✅ может придумываю, но разница есть.. проверю только на 7 день. d5 - ✅ d6 - ✅ d7 - ☑️ мои руки стали 25см, но хочу сказать, что необходимо совмещать с другими тренировками. поэтому следующую неделю я буду делать два видео по 5-6 минут - вечер и утро.

Day one-feb 13- this was pretty easy for me Remind me Day 2 - I did it February-14th- (I couldn't find my comment) Day-3 I did it and it was easy ngl Day 4- yes i did it :33 Day 5- i didint feel good so I didint do it😭 hopefully I can tomorrow I forgot to do this lol imma restart

Even after almost 2 months of this exercise, I still struggle with the last 30 seconds haha, I get bruises on my arms but it's very worth it as I see results!

Pondré mis resultados Día 1- me ardió pero como entreno de pesas ya me acostumbre solo que me lastime el hombro y no quiero dejar el ejercicio😂, también esto está prohibido pero Día 7: mis brazos totalmente perfectos tal y como siempre los ame (también convine esta rutina con la que ella misma tiene de espalda) y sin duda los mejores resultados, gracias. ❤

Día: 1 me duela horrible Día 2: Dueleeee horrible Día 3: duele menos pero sigue doliendo muchísimo Dia 4: Duele un poco menos Día 5: Duele menos, en el último ejercicio duele horrible Día 6: el primer ejercicio ya no duele pero el último duele mucho Por ahora no veo resultados, no se si lo estoy haciendo bien :(

doing this exercise for a week!!! start- 30cm---goal 25cm (im very delulu ik) DAY1-✅ didnt hurt as much as i expected (im veryyy weak w my arms) DAY2-✅ dont see any changes obvi but my hands are sore mostly shoulders tho DAY3-✅ little bit easier and -1cm 🥳

Hii! Im gonna do this exercise and share results! Arms: 27cm 1- my arms HURT, but when it was end i was like “what?” Because i was thinking i was short but im not complaining!✅ 2- it was easier and it was a bit fun!✅ 3- did itt✅ 4- first time-✅ second timee! And I definitely felt the burn🥹✅ I STOPPED DOING THIS!! I switched to another workout and this seems to make my arms stronger but definitely not slimmer so im sorry but i have to say bye to this one

Doing for 1 week edit: I'm changing from for a week to until I see results ❥ Day 1✔Done its hard at first but will get easier with time ❥ Day 2✔keep doing it! Done did it 2 times hwaiting ᰔ ❥ Day 3 ✔done arms felt sore ❥ Day 4 ❌ forgot to ToT ❥ Day 5✔ done over all got easier just the last exercise made my arms sore ❥ Day 6✔done again the last exercise made my arms sore overall was easy ❥ Day 7✔my arms didn't got sore gonna did it 2 times ❥Day 8✔ done got a little harder but it's oki hwaiting! Keep doing it you got this ᰔᩚ ❥Day 9❌ couldn't do it ToT ❥Day 10❌ again couldn't do it I will try my best and hardest to do it daily now ❥ Day 11✔ so happy I did it got a little easier ^^ ❥ Day 12✔done overall got a lot harder
