@@untappedstrength7548 I done 100 calories yesterday and my shoulders are dead It took me 10 mins with a big sprint at the end. There 300 calories in a slice off pizza 😠😤
I primarily use the bike as a way to warmup before my weight training. I think that if you perform these workouts at least 3 times a week along with proper nutrition you should see some results. Results themselves will differ depending on your goal.
