I neglected core for so long cause I never knew the benefits of making it strong until I got a pull up bar and started seeing the difference in just how I carry myself overtime
This was the video that told me your course was the perfect one for me. After trying to get back to working out without any “building blocks” and after two pregnancies I started loosing interest. Ive been doing your gentle course and I LOVE IT it’s teaching a lot and bringing back the love I have for working out. Thank you for this and keep up the great work.
@@captaind204 your back has to over compensate for your weak legs causing it to strain itself which then causes it to ache Also tight hamstrings and glutes can cause it to ache
Thank you for provide this type of easy pose for the beginner like me 🙏🏻 I just follow some abs beginning workout in RU-vid but my core is too weak can’t do most of it 😭and let me feel bad 🥺 but I think I can start what u do in this video, thank you for share and inspiring 🙏🏻✨
For anyone having a hard time, try hollow body holds without a arched back. If you are a beginner, then try 3 sets of 30 seconds and if you can do more sets, then do some more. Honestly I just hold it for as long as possible and then that workout is done, but I found out that its better to do sets and tire out the muscle.
I always have good core muscle, the issue is for me having chronic fatigue cause of a mixture of stuff like ptsd and adhd etc with burnout as I'm also autistic, I wanna get better so I can do more for my body and get stronger. Mental exhaustion is in itself exhausting indeed, no diet will help the affects it has, but it does help with keeping good nutrition. I need to focus more mentally and I've been trying, I am waiting to be seen by psychologist for ptsd as I do hope they can help. My own implementation of therapy has helped a bit but I know I need more help.
indeed. i slouch and i kinda get in awe how people cannot get tired by standing straight. im learning taekwondo and ppl said that i have no power. so i searched about core workout and found this. so helpful. edit : guys ... turns out i have dyspraxia😂😂😂
I always thought that my back was the main problem which partly may be still true and I will also train it more, but I just found out about 2 weeks ago that I have a week core and that training it helps with my back pain
Do you have any exercise for me. I have anterior spondylolisthesis, terrible right hip pain on my right, right knee posterior median tear at grade 3 with arthrosis at all these places including my neck.
My back is destroyed xD i overdone 1 time at my job, lifted out of the legs but had to drop with extended arms. Crack in tha back. Back destroyed 😅 now i do core strengthening workouts so i dont have pain in the lower back.. dokters told me i had do go under the knife. That is now 8 years ago. No knife needed but also, if i dont do my workouts i can't even sit without pain.
I literally cannot do any of those exercises because of the weak core. Squats i cant do bc of my knees. The plank? No strength for it. And glute bridges cause pain and injury to my lower back 😔
Sit to stand exercise should be the best exercise to build hamstrings muscle. Try getting up from the chair without using your hands to push yourself up. Doing it overtime will strengthen your hamstrings. Mountain climber exercise is beginner friendly exercises for strengthening weak core and glute.
I was in a core conditioning class the other day and while laying on my back lowering my legs, my back immediately arched. Pushing down to keep it flat hurts
