4 Steps to Getting Through Hard Times

It’s been a very hard week of grief for me. I’ve found myself in a pit I couldn’t get out of. This really ministered to me tonight! Thank you so much for allowing God to speak through to encourage many! I’m so grateful! I know I needed this! Now, I’m feeling like I can face the future with optimism again! 💜

I feel a reset has happened this Christmas for me and psychologically I’ve been boosted by simply singing Christmas Carols and understanding that I need to count my blessings every day. You are moving forward. You are doing things that people dream about. There will always be challenges. The past few weeks have been very stressful for us. My husband hit a deer on the freeway and totaled our vehicle. Dealing with insurance company has been a nightmare. We didn't get our pay out until Tuesday and this happened on the 9th.We did find a vehicle which I was beginning to think it wasn't going to happen. Satan does have a lot of lies and we do have to remember God's truth.

This was a complete blessing to hear tonight. Thank you, thank you 🙏

Phil you gave me so much Encouragement and everything you said is 100% right. I put myself down all the time. I made dinner sorry it wasn’t good, anything I do I feel isn’t good enough. The person in my life who always knew what to say to me was my dad. I lost him in July 11, 2022. He was my BIGGEST Cheer leader he always knew what to say to make it positive and always was had a hug to go along his words of wisdom. When I was little he would pray with my brother, mom, & I before we went to bed. We went to church every Sunday(that was family day) and I loved being with family. Back when I was growing up most stores were closed on Sunday’s that was nice. I have three daughters ages 23,21,18 and when my middle daughter was born we found out at 8 days old she had Cystic Fibrosis and my world fell to pieces and I didn’t know how to handle this. One of mu mom’s friend gave me (small enough to go in your pocket) baby Jesus and had it blessed and she gave it to me. This by far was the hardest thing I went through and three years later I got pregnant and my third baby also had CF. I knew this was going to be rough but we had my mom & dad on our side they helped every step of the way. Sorry I went on and on. Phil you are an amazing guy and you do so much around your far you should be very very proud of YOURSELF ❤ Your family is a gift from God and your wife, three Beautiful daughters, & friends see is everything you have built and a Great man/son/daddy/husband & etc. Thank you for sharing this blog today. Dear Phil and Alex, I've been wanting to write you for a while now. I want to say thank you first off for your wholesome, Godly and family designed channel. I have watched Y'all for some years now, but most recently have resorted to listen to y'all at work. Y'all have helped me on my good days and my darkest at work. Not only do I get wonderful spiritual advice from y'all I love the sense of purpose that both of you strive towards. I some days wish I could be living the way y'all have learned and fought for. Lol, right now I'm in the city, who knows maybe one day. But that is besides the point. I wanted to say I appreciate all you put out there! The good, the bad, the ugly and hard days, and full up Godly centered family values. I was first majorly drawn to how it reminded me of the "magic" aka love of my childhood, then of course the infertility because I have PCOS and don't know what all my future will be.. But through Y'all's channel it has opened my eyes in the best way possible.
