We give you the exact 4 tests to see how athletic you are. The reason why we did this is to build competitiveness not only with your teammates and friends but with yourself. This gives you a number to beat the next time you do it.

At 2:30 in the video, we give you the 6 exercises to increase your quick feet drills and Broad Jump which will result in increasing your score!

Full Breakdown Of The Workout (Sets & Reps Included):
Band Chops - 2 Set | 10 Seconds
How To Perform: You will be doing knee drives to work your hip flexors. You will do 10 reps on one leg and then switch legs. Pump your arms and drive the knee up to get into a rhythm.
Band Quick Feet Alternates - 2 Sets | 10 Seconds
How To Perform: Have the bands around your ankles and start with your left foot alternated over a line. Fire your Right foot forward while bringing your left foot backward and repeat this motion. Every time your right foot goes over the line it counts as one rep.
Band Wideouts - 2 Sets | 10 Seconds
How To Perform: Start with your feet shoulder-width apart and then jump and bring them in slightly. You aren’t going all the way in, keep the stance wide the whole exercise. Do this as quickly as you can in and out for 10 seconds.
Single Leg Broad Jump To Both Feet - 2/3 Total Jumps
How To Perform: You will stand on one leg. Then you will swing your arms and jump as far as you can as an infant would you. Make sure to land on with both feet. Repeat with your other leg to equal one rep. We recommend that you have a tape measure next to you to track where your back heel lands.
Single Leg Broad Jump - 2/3 Total Jumps
How To Perform: You will stand on one leg. Then you will swing your arms and jump as far as you can as an infant would you. Make sure to land on the same foot that you jumped off of. Repeat with your other leg to equal one rep. We recommend that you have a tape measure next to you to track where your back heel lands.
Broad Jumps - 2/3 Total Jumps
How To Perform: You will have both feet lined up next to each other. Then you will swing your arms and jump as far as you can as an infant would you. We recommend that you have a tape measure next to you to track where your back heel lands.

Where you measure from isn’t important as long as you do it from the same place every time. If your front foot starts from the measuring band and you stop the measure from the heel it’s not correct.
