Last year my Orthopaedic doctor prescribed me an Antidepressant and pain killer for my upper and mid back pain. Which worked eventually after trying a couple of other medications. But now, that pain has started again. I must do these exercises now.

Seriously hats off it's very useful I m 25 years old and I have cervical since I was 12 years it's increased according to my age now I have backache also and I tried today infact 5 min before these exercises I got much relieve thanku so much doctor❤️❤️ I have never commented like this to anyone but this I have done from the bottom of my heart

I have lumbar spondylolisthesis at l5 s1 grade 1 and my upper back is aching. I did all your flexion exercises for spondylolisthesis. But if you can suggest some more.

First, get ur vitamin d test done. The deficiency of vitamin d is the leading cause of back pain. Sachets lo vitamin d ke 3 months along with calcium tablets.
