2) Aquafaba (chickpea juice)
3) Saponins
4) Gum Syrup
Each way has its pros and cons, but all will give you the same desired effect. At the end of the video, we'll show you a side-by-side of 4 identical Whiskey Sours, each using a different foaming agent so you can see for yourself.
