Hi Suz, Thank you so much for the kind words. We're so sorry to hear that you're dealing with rotator cuff issues. We know how exactly how painful it can be to deal with and we hope you can feel some relief soon. Just in case you are interested we have a playlist for rotator cuff tear help. You can access it here: "Rotator Cuff Tear Help" ru-vid.com/group/PLJVIPiFvv1mbQ_-1YFfEePnrcxfwwf9_k Start with one or two exercises, beginning with the smallest range of motion and the lowest intensity. As you feel stronger, you can gradually increase both the range of motion and intensity. It’s best to do these exercises every day throughout the day. Aim to tire out the muscle without losing form or control. Consistency is key. Avoid working through pain; soreness and mild discomfort are normal, but pain is not. If you find that you have seen an improvement in your situation from using the playlist we would encourage you to look into our Rotator Cuff Tear Recovery Program down the line. The program is similar to our in-person treatments minus the manual manipulation. The Rotator Cuff Tear Recovery Program is a comprehensive program designed to get your shoulder pain under control to allow the rotator cuff tendons to heal. Then it guides you to correct the underlying root muscle imbalances so that you can fix the source of the problem (rather than just treat the symptoms) and get long-term relief from shoulder pain. This program works even if you've had rotator cuff surgery in the past but continue to have rotator cuff problems. We'd love to hear how you are doing as you progress.🙌 Please take care!
Hey Elvire, you are very welcome! Thank you for the kind words and your support! Its great to hear you are doing your exercises and that they are gradually helping. Rotatory Cuff Tears have a lengthy recovery process, so remember to be patient with yourself as well as listen to your body. Keep up the great work! 🙌🏽 Keep us posted on your progress as well as how it goes with sleeping with the pillows 🧡
Had a R shoulder impingement ten years ago and was told the same thing! Putting a simple pillow under your arm certainly helped improve my comfortnd raising it with a few more pillows on your side also helps too. Creatinga trench .... yep, done that, and it too helps. Problem is that during the night while sleeping, I end up assuming my natural sleeping possition, which of coure results in pain which wakes me but if you can stay in our trench you might get a better sleep. Allthis is wonderful advice. Thanks

Hi thanks, I tore my roator cuff left shoulder 2 years ago, through your help, it has healed, and the pillow technic works along with the excercises you recommended. I have an ongoing problem with the back of my shoulder, just underneath it really hurts and can be restrictive in movement, sharp pain. My physio tells me its the rotator cuff ligament under the shoulder as recently fractured my T8 vertbrae which has gone into a wedge, but healing according to xrays. Left right now with more pain from the liagment feels like just below shoulder blade? PLEASE HELP? Kind regards, Mary from UK. 🏴❤
I just found out I have rotator cup tendinitis and need to have physio. Your sleeping tips work well to bring comfort! How far off is tendinitis from a tear?
I'm pretty sure I have a tear 😕. Just waiting to get in for a MRI. Many thanks for the sleeping options, as right now, sleep has been extremely hard to come by.
