im 58 and was in real bad health for many years... cutting processed food and eating one meal a day (one hr window from 12pm to 1pm), along with a prolonged fast at least a few times a yr. will work miracles... eat natural clean food, and ferment everything! and exercise...

I beg to differ cold exposure is near impossible where I live. Even if you were too, turn the taps on as cold as possible, you're looking at like 74° The ocean in January.. 74° Short of buying a giant tub and filling it with enough water and ice to make water cool enough, and then do that every single day, because in 90° weather that ice would most assuredly melt every single day... Day... It's just too much for somebody in a warm climate So I did 20 carbs or less a day to lose 95 lb and now I just do omad to stay there

Smart guy.No keto but few days , fasting as CrestiannOrthodox monks do intermittent and 2 per year just starting by cutting first meat, then eggs ,then lactate etc 5il rapt the Holy Friday one fasts on a bit water only. During the year are few short days with no animal,protein and then they eat just one meal a day. That us done for 2 millennia and worked. Keto total works only on children who have epilepsy a. Unfortunately does not work on suck adults. Everything in moderation. One thing you forgat: be calm,forgiving and let go. Everything is passing😊❤

Is there a way to find out whether you are in the 30-40% that can derive urolithin A from eating pomergranates ?
@mikemonahan8968
@mikemonahan8968 4 месяца назад
Reality is you'll never eat enough pomagranites to equal the volume of urolithin A in a single pill of Mitopure. I will say you can cycle on and off of Urolithin A and there's a lasting benefit seems to last about a month or so after you cycle off of it (your mileage may vary). So while MitoPure is expensive, it's not something you need all the time, once it's in your guy biome there's a lasting benefit. Nearly every personal record in the gym was surpassed easily when I took mitopure - and even when I'm off it the gains remain.

GHK copper peptide will reverse 4000 genes to a younger and healthier state. One of those genes is p63, which activates stem cells. GHK also helps with melatonin, which is a protector of mitochondria.

Thomas, people confuse stem cells and exosomes. Stem cells contain the host DNA, exosomes do not. The injections are the latter and are tailored via selective tissue sources with growth factor sequences. The only stem cells one can do is from their own bone marrow. Feel free to reach out to learn more about this amazing space.

Not sure what you are talking about, but it's day zero after birth for HTCPs. Lots to discuss here. You can also get your own stem cells from fat tissue but not as good as bone marrow. Either way, that's not what you want anyway. I welcome Thomas to reach out, but he won't. He'd have to read the comments first.@@GPTeacherReis

Question...because it is so new I see little in the lit about precautions and side effects esp in elderly w sarcopenia and inability to stop losing muscle mass because of mitochondrial issues. Is it safe to make an attempt? How much kidney stress does the body undergo? I think Im just dying at 71 after a near deadly semaglutide gastroparesis post gastric bypass because I cant absorb food. Been working on my gut for months gluten free, dairy minimal..probiotics...digest enzymes...acv for low acid stomach which eliminates gerd. Cant get any allo Md to commit to anything and I am.at.my wits end just waiting to die. I am looking for a bit more info to determine if I am willing to take the risk. Tx. I got IV stem cells as well as 5 ortho SC procedures (and 8 prp). I can testify: if your mitochondria are f*ed or you have major inflammation, it won’t help much. The IV did nothing for me, but I’ve since realized it’s because I had MCAS, among other things, my mitochondria were f*ed, and my cells couldn’t intake or utilize the SC. I had already done lots of IF, some OMAD, and did cryotherapy every day for 3 months, etc., etc. I finally found H2 therapy which helped even me out enough that other therapies could work and weren’t just a waste of money.

I worked as an actuary for 15 years. A bunch of companies combined their data on to better predict whether people live or die. Heavy drinkers (3+ oz. alcohol per day) took 8 years off optimal. Non-drinkers (0 drinks) took 4 years off optimal. 1-2 drinks per day was optimal. Studies were done with millions of insured over decades. If the numbers have changed - and numbers do change - I'd like to know exactly what changed. Some clues: 1. If you want to make to to 80, numbers have strongly shown for decades that drinking moderate alcohol helps. 2. If you want to live past age 90, stop drinking. Somewhere between age 85 and 90, survivors are more likely to be non-drinkers. So, if more people are living past 80 into 90, then the benefits of not drinking catch up to the benefits of drinking. Also, a sizable minority of people have changed diet and added exercise to live longer. A majority of folks in these States have not beneficially changed (European numbers are different) and eat worse than 20-50 years ago. Trying to prove cause and effect is difficult, and drinkers, even light drinkers, average less healthy diets and less exercise.
