Thanks for this information...do you mind explaining how this helps in the middle of the night? Does the person do these steps when they wake up in the middle of the night to urinate or does doing these during the day carry over into nighttime? Sidenote, Also, some blood pressure medication can cause frequent urination as well.

Ideall they would see a pelvic floor therapist to learn the exercises. I would say the day time exercise would carry over to the night.
