I really love how diverse your editing style has been between your recent videos, this one was super soothing.

I randomly thought of this channel and it's unreal to see that you are back with uploads. Glad to see you are still pushing forward.

I think if you managed to keep up your routine for a month (procrastinating every now and then is completely normal imo), you're on a great way :) The consistency you're pursuing your goals with is very impressive imho! Great Video, keep it up!

I dont know why. But there is something about your content that keeps me invested. Im currently working in similiar goals. I on the hand, am a skinny fella trying to bulk up 😂. Improving my tonality is something im also trying to figure out. 🤔 All i can say, that you are inspiring and i hope you dont stop till you reach your destination 💪

I liked this video style a lot! It's a very relaxing watch and I personally like this more than your initial quicker recaps. Could also be a decent way for you to truly experiment with video making and have fun with it. You're doing great work dude I mean it

Hey man, even though I might not be commenting on every upload of yours I wanted you to know I am still watching all of them! I find the premise of your channel and seeing your progression to always be interesting. This is coming from a guy who has been on the internet since before kindergarten (I'm currently 27). I've seen it all and am really picky with what I do with my time these days and your videos are always worth it. Don't stress too much about "not being too interesting". Can't wait to see how you're going to change things up next time! Finally I'd like to agree with Papoulouchy in regards to this video. I felt that you describing what you were doing in your previous videos was great and the lack of it in this one had me pausing and rewinding several times. But everything else was great! The use of background music was great and you should combine it with you talking next time instead of choosing one over the other. See you next time!

Love the fade transitions, the echoing dialogue and the vaporwave music, combined with the uninterrupted shots of work being done. Very dreamlike. Makes it seems like bro is stuck in a godlike flow state, effortlessly completing any task, no matter the impossibility. You’ve definitely been watching too many Refn films that’s for sure.

Always rooting for you! Very comforting style of editing though the sizzling of the cooking was peaking the mic. Other than that, it was a great video. I’m curious to see finished products of your art and beginning and ending photos of your editing if you end up making this style of video regularly. I feel like that would not only give yourself another thing to see more progress over time but also it would be really satisfying as a viewer. Keep it up!

Thanks! Sorry about the audio. Oddly, the audio sounded fine in the original clip and the project file. It only went bad after exporting. I'm probably using the wrong settings. I'll figure it out!

I've been watching from the beginning of this new series, was a little late to this episode. Just wanted to mention that 2lb weight loss per week is really good at your weight. A good rule of thumb is 1% of your bodyweight, and since you are 190lb, 1.9lb loss per week, which you are hitting! You are still in the obese range, but you aren't at the range where you should exceed 2lb weight loss a week. For example for a 300lb person, they have more weight to lose, so its fine for they to lose 3-4lbs a week, but for someone at your weight I dont think itd be the best. I know you said from one of your earlier episodes that you don't want to excercise due to risk of injury. That is fine, but have you tried just simply walking? It wont burn a lot of calories, but just getting the body moving does wonders for you. It may not translate directly to weight loss, but you will just feel better. Even as little to 15-30 minutes a day is better than nothing. You are doing a really good job, 2lb a week doesnt seem like much, but the worst thing you can do is starve yourself for a month for more weight loss, to only then regain it back and possibly more. Trust me, I've been there. Just think of it more longterm. You said your goal was 140lbs iirc, that means you have 50lb to lose, that is 25 weeks of 2lb avg weeklly loss. In the beginning it may be more, and it will slow down towards the end, simply because you have less fat to lose. 25 weeks sounds like a long time, but think of it like this, this has helped me personally. How long have you wanted to be 140lbs? Probably not the first time the idea popped in your head. It is only half a year from your whole life to be at the goal weight you have wanted to be at for years! There really is no need to rush it. You are already healthier than you were a month ago and Im sure you feel it at least in some ways.

You looked very normal to me. Remember Rome wasn't build in one day, so now that you found your goals and motivation, have patience with yourself with the amount of effort you put at the start, since it will not be "your peak in terms of effort", if you know what I mean lol. I liked more this edition style, it made me imagine what my day would be like if I copied what you did in this video, lol. I'm having troubles myself as of lately, 0 motivation, maybe bad values? idk. Anyways, you are rocking it. ¡Sigue así!

Really nice to see your video again! I like the video (maybe you could talk a bit to describe what you're doing?) Will you start exercising again? (don't do too much right away, and don't hurt yourself) Keep up the good work dude !

vid was rly comfy. 2-3lbs per week is ok if you're obese, but yea 1650 is fair idk if i would go much lower. also do u really feel like overnight oats are worth it? i find just nuking it to be good enough. well im not too picky about food in general. just focus on efficiency especially if im making it for myself. usually do 1 big pot of vegetable stew or beans i dont like preparing meat, only rly get rotisserie chicken since it's cheap and premade. u ever try fasting? ive done 5/2 and 2/1 before and found it pretty helpful. also ur speech is much better i forgot to say. first video where i don't rly think "this guy sounds monotone" (sorry if thats mean lol).
@fromneettoelite
@fromneettoelite 7 месяцев назад
Thanks for watching! I think the oats were pretty good. I'm the same way about food. I'm just focused on making easy recipes to meet my calories. I'm trying out 16/8 intermittent fasting right now. I'm glad my speech is sounding better!

Hmm, your weight is not abnormal high. You can work with it nicely. What is your goal weight? I have similar weight, 85 kg and with my 186cm height and I look like I dont eat for week. I wish you good luck man. You can definitely do it!
@r_se
@r_se 7 месяцев назад
im 82kg 184cm and still a bit fat, though it doesn't show on my face luckily. maybe cuz i have thinner bones and not much muscle, i have less lean mass. 85kg 186cm is like 24.6 bmi, almost overweight, so if u look thin u must have a really good frame and some muscles.
@zumlog
@zumlog 7 месяцев назад
@@r_se Thats interesting, I would never consider man with your proportions as fat man... I have more muscles than fat, aprox 10% of body fat, I train basically all my life + I have manual work. So my understanding of this subject is distorted. How old are you? If you can tell.
@r_se
@r_se 7 месяцев назад
@@zumlog I'm 18 so not rly fully developed physically I guess. Around 23% body fat maybe. I find most guys around my height/weight are also a bit overweight/out of shape, but yea u wouldn't think of them as fat. If you do manual labor and train makes sense that you are lean, if you're actually 10% you have really great ffmi(around 22), better than like 99% of guys. above 20 is noticeably strong, 22-23 is like advanced gym goer.

I would say that weighing every thing so rigorously at your weight isnt really necessary. You should no about what food looks like by now.. that level of detail isnt too relevant. If you spent the 5 minutes you are weighing stuff doing pressups or situps it would be more beneficial.
