I grew up my entire boyhood and early adult life in northern New Mexico from Santa Fe to Raton. I hunted and harvested mulies as well as elk. I am PRO ethical and humane hunter all the way. The only thing that I have never been able to get excited about is harvesting a deer in velvet. I can't say why, it just doesn't (nor ever has) impress me enough to want to shoot. It's just a particular of mine I suppose. Great video though! Lots of great shots and excellent footage!!

I definitely like the accuracy in the opening statement before the video starts,,, However these outrageous fees that they charge are ridiculous,,, The lottery as they call it is stupidly crazy to me,,, They're going to issue those tags regardless for a however amount they are willing to allow to be harvested,,, But charging for every one of those tags is ridiculous you always diculous you only allow a certain amount of tags to be given out and once they're gone they're gone,,, But you just made money off of my hunting license and for me to harvest an animal that you are going to allow to be harvested in the 1st place,,, But you're going to just triple charge me some outrageous fee to do it,,, But that's just my opinion,,,
