Some Inquisitors, especially those of the ordro hereticus sends their acolytes to pleasure worlds as a final test of moral and spiritual fortitude and purity before deciding whether they are worthy of becoming a full fledged agent of the golden throne. In the light of this fact it seems plausible that some Inquisitors allow pleasure worlds of ill repute to exist so they have access to a sufficiently horrific proving ground for their subordinates. Due to the almost limitless authority of an Inquisitor i would not be surprised if pleasure worlds controlled by either a individual inquisitor or groups of inquisitors exists.

Question: If Lucius is killed by a primaris and comes back to life does he become a chaos primaris?

Much of Warhammer 40k makes little rational sense. And that is why we enjoy it so much. This, however, is irrational to a thoroughly absurd degree. Can you imagine the Emperor of Man, who will Exterminatus an entire planet simply to deny resources, would allow this form of heresy to fester directly in the heart of it's most important ruling class? Nope. Sorry. This is exactly what happened to the Eldar. And if the Emperor is anything, he is *not* stupid enough to not learn from the devastating failures of others. This type of behavior would be dealt with ruthlessly and immediately, if only for the sake of preserving the Empire. Keep the Dark Eldar lore specific to the Dark Eldar. That being said, enjoyable video. I don't blame the creator. I blame the lazy authors recycling lore for shock effect. Inevitable corruption is fine, to a limited degree, but such lengths of it would be a bigger threat to Man than Xenos.

So I'm just gonna point out that I as a hard core fan and someone who has read his fair share of codexs, of the ffg rpg books and studied extensive sections of the lexicanum, the fandom wiki, and even the cancer which is 1d4 chan can tell you without a doubt in my mind 90% of this is wrong. And it's very simple as to why, navigators don't have psychic powers never did, the 3rd eye is a special tool which though has unique and powerful abilities is incapable of achieving such devestation without one gazing upon the eye. This was explained not only in 1st all the way through 8th but also explained in many books and the rpg written by final fantasy games. If one was simply to close their eyes the 3rd eye is harmless as stated by the ability stated in all hosts of novels and the game mechanics themselves. I do not know where he got this information but this is more likely to be speculation than actual fact. Read the books if you're interested, go buy them online, just understand to simply trust ones word is to be fooled. (Multiple sources will controdict what he says is fact. Research it yourselves if you dont believe me.)

You should practice speakin in video a bit more. You put emphasis on weird part of sentences and the ends of sentences are weirdly emphasised and the ends are badly audible. Try to keep your voice volume more consistent and dont but such a weird empahsis on the ends of sentences. It would make much more easier listening and more pleasurable experience. Other than that good video.

Turn the speed up to 1.25 and it cuts out most of the weird stuff with his voice so that you can enjoy this informative video. You're welcome.
