You can treat this comment as a one year review. I was pretty much to the obese side before with my weight nearing 90kg thanks to bad lifestyle habits and terrible diet choices for more than 7 years. I actually tried other workouts on RU-vid but none really suited to me who started working out after deciding to set my health back to the right track. I came across your workouts before but never touched on them until April 2023. Your 40min/45 min/1+ hour walking workouts helped me alot with re adjusting to working out. The pace is just nice and you focus not only on the legs like certain trainers, but also the arms and oblique muscles, which I really appreciate. This helped me to tone my entire body instead of looking toned on one part but not on the others. I am much fitter now and went for your workouts that is of higher intensity, and also threw in extra weights to the walking workouts for extra push. It is almost a year now and, together with changes in diet and lifestyle, I dropped to 63kg and 9kg more to go. Your workouts really helped me to regulate my calorie burn and body toning, so, thank you!

I loved your dance workout a lot. I never stopped the entire time and I went as fast as you. I burned 143 calories. Not nearly the 500 calories you stated. But it was a very good workout. Thank you.
Usually I don't like dance workout because I'm not a dancer and I feel very bumbling following the moves, but your cardio dance it's really easy and doable. Very appreciated!

I had body sores from your last workouts which is a good thing. So wanted a off today but I’m glad I pushed myself for this dance number …. Easy fun and sweaty. Feeling better n pumped!!!
After 3 of your 5000 steps videos (each 3x a week for 3 weeks) I thought it was time for a change and picked this one. Darn girl ... tough one (well for me of course). Especially the many exercises when you do several repeats on one leg, those are hard but good, will help me with skiing (which I just recently picked up). But during those I completely forgot about something called abs hahaha.

Dear Olivia, I really love your videos but I can‘t believe you really burned 500 calories with this workout. I am using an Apple Watch which according to my experience is really precise in tracking the calories and I only burned 228 cals doing this workout. I know that it varies from person to person how much calories you burn but there shouldn’t be such a big difference of nearly 300 calories. I think this might be confusing for people who don’t have a fitness tracker and might believe that they can really burn 500 calories with this workout. This is not meant to be an attack against you, just constructive criticism so that maybe in the future you can try to be more precise with the number of calories burned Best wishes ❤️
The exact amount is in the video. It’s a 40 minute workout and I was drenched by the end. I think you can even see sweat on my face 🤣 I also filmed this at hottest day in the UK so far 🥵 Of course the amount will vary from person to person. I tend to burn a lot of calories being quite heavy boned. I think regardless of where’re people will or will not burn the exact number isn’t what counts here. I feel if this encourages someone to get up and exercise I did my job and I feel like I helped. I am using a Fitbit and I’ve heard they differ. Might be worth checking other devices. X
@@oliviafitlawson In zone 2 cardio, a person can burn cca.11 calories/ minute, so this can burn 440 max, but it takes some time to get into zone 2 cardio. Just saying. I loved the workout. ( moves, music..everything).
