I've never been more glad to have injured myself. I never would have found your videos otherwise! I've been doing your videos for 3-4 weeks now and I have found myself looking more toned than when I was doing rigorous hiit and strength workouts. I no longer find working out a chore and I'm no longer killing my body by over training. My 4 year old even loves joining in with these workouts. I'm looking forward to January and seeing the difference when I'm not having so many Christmas treats 😂 Thank you for the videos!

I loved this. Some of the slower moves were a little too slow so sped them up, but I still enjoyed it immensely. Thank you for another great workout!!!!

I don't usually enjoy this kind of workouts but today I commited to finish it. And I did! Some steps were fire but I was happy that the next one was easier. Now I am hooked!

Olivia, I'm a big fan of yours. But I absolutely don’t like step training or tabata with a short time, or just standing exercises. I really liked the workouts you did 1 year ago. But most of the workouts you removed. These were strong powerful hiit. It seems to me that this kind of fitness is much better for loosing waight.
