Hi, it all depends on what your fitness goals are. I do a lot more strength training than what I release here. But this is something I most certainly could do.

Your walking-no jumping-low intensity-cardio like this is definitely my all-time favourite! 👍 It's very effective for me especially on rest days. I usually do 4 days weight lifting and simply low-intensity cardio in between (I don't do hiit as it hinders my muscle recovery). Thank you so much, Olivia 💛🧡💛

Time flew with this one. Forgot to count steps but burned 207 active calories. Modified a few moves to elevate the heart rate - 126bpm average. Very easy on the joints. 🤍🤍🤍

So I made 4500 steps only, even though I kept walking during all the breaks, I went up to 140bpm and I burnt 325 calories. Not too bad ! Can't wait for your glutes and legs tomorrow !!
