Looking forward to trying this one soon. I love all standing workouts and so do my wrists 😂, but I also like variety and challenge my body with different things and you offer so many different kinds of workouts suitable for different needs. 💪🏻🤸🏻‍♀️ Also, totally unrelated to the video, but I've been recently struggling with motivation and I wondered if you have any tips regarding that subject. Maybe for a short on RU-vid or if not just something you feel like sharing for some advice. Btw your recent shorts on RU-vid have been very informative and I appreciate that. Thank you. 🙏🏻✨♥️

Such a great topic and it’s hard to give an answer without knowing more about you. I think we can all stay that motivation can be a real struggle, even more so if you are a home workout girly. Sometimes and this is perhaps not your typical response, lack of motivation can be linked to burnout so I take a few days off to see if that feeling shifts. Looking at nutrition can also be helpful to see if you might be missing any vitamins, that could be affecting your energy levels. As cliché as it sounds it’s mostly about mixing up your workout routine. Perhaps replacing a day with outdoor walking, joining a class, trying workouts you normally wouldn’t. Putting yourself out of your comfort zone. I’ll definitely cover this topic soon 🙏❤️

​@@oliviafitlawsonThank you Olivia! 🙏🏻💞 Probably dealing with burnout physically and mentally, with stress of course. When I'm in this state sometimes the hardest part is in my mind thinking I will lose progress in strength and cardiovascular performance. But also taking a few days off can put things into perspective to adjust nutrition or weekly workout schedule. Must admit that I'm definitely struggling with sleeping properly and that is messing with my energy levels during the day. That is something I have to address as soon as possible because problems with sleeping affects so much in so many aspects of our lives. Appreciate your knowledgeable and thorough answer. 🤗❤️

It's a good, moderate workout, with a little of everything to keep the workout interesting and the body guessing as to what comes next. And I always love a squat hold finisher; especially after your leg workout yesterday 😆 Thank you very much, Olivia.
