I dont really like cardio but decided to give it a go, and it was exactly what I needed! Day one of my cycle, so energy levels and mood were low. This blasted away my cramps and crankiness, and I feel energised and ready for thr day! Thank you as always, Olivia 🙏

Hi Olivia! Love your workouts, but at 28:00 that stretch can lead to back pain and disc herniae. I recommend the cobra instead, or the pigeon pose for the femoral biceps. Cheers!

@@oliviafitlawson I also forgot to mention to try to avoid bending forward and twisting movements (trust me, I know a thing or three about back pain). Imagine your back as a giant finger and how you would (or wouldn't) twist it, stretch it, etc.
