Another walking workout is here and this time it's a 40 minute metabolic weight loss walking workout. This is a low impact, no jumping, knee friendly workout that is gentle on the joints, yet ensures you burn fat thanks to the short intervals. This walking workout features a number of core engaging exercises that will help you strengthen and tone your belly at the same time.
To increase the intensity of this walking workout, skip all the breaks and keep marching on the spot.

Didn’t push myself hard on this workout like I could have but the energy wasn’t at a high level for me. Still showed up and did it though and it was so good! 360 calories 4,455 steps 21 min cardio zone 22 min fat burn zone PERFECT! I’ll be back for more workouts and just subscribed. Thank you! 😁

You are amazing, Olivia! These workouts are so fun, challenging, sweaty, fulfilling and not killer on my joints and body. I listened to one of your videos where you talk about transitioning to lower impact/walking and that it was life changing. that, Hiit and high intensity raises cortisol (I have chronic inflammation and i wouldn't be surprised if the high intensity workouts I do have contributed!) it's taken me so much time but, I am finally trying to transition away and your walking workouts are perfection. Thanks for putting so many out there for us!

Hi there! I just had a baby 3 months ago and this was sooooo good!!!! My watch says 650 calories burned… I liked the no jumping… still recovering from birth❤❤❤ thank you so much… I’m not back in the gym lifting as of yet but this helps me feel awesome

This is the exercise I needed!! I am very chabby and perfectionist. At first, everybody is highly motivated, but It's very difficult to continue the mood.This is beginner friendly and continuable!!Thanks❤❤❤

Great, 64yr M . I have a fused ankle and serious arthritis on the other one. This fits me to a tee. I have extended it out to 60 min some days, what a-great workout. Thank you.

I always find it interesting at the variations of results. Even taking into consideration one's weight, how far they push themselves, etc. I always end up shorter than everybody else with results. I kept the pace, oftentimes going faster than Olivia and I still ended up with only 3,90 0 steps, but only 142 calories burned. I am using my phone which I held in my hand during workout so maybe that is not as accurate as an Apple watch or fitness band. Still sweated and it was a great workout that I did at work on my break.

I probably wouldn't do this workout again, not because it was bad, but it just didn't hold my attention. I prefer instructor led and/or group workout videos. But i did break a sweat and burn calories, which was the ultimate goal.
