Burn fat and boost your mood with this cardio dance party workout! This workout is a high intensity cardio workout, but is low impact and easy to follow.
This workout contains a mixture of high intensity exercises, low intensity exercises and dance moves!
The goal is to get your heart rate up and keep it up so that you stay in the fat burning zone and boost your metabolism.
I will be guiding you every step of the way (literally), but if you need to take extra breaks or an additional water break, its totally okay. Take this workout at your own pace, and enjoy it.
This HIIT workout is truly the perfect mixture of challenge and fun. Its great for building endurance, strength, focus, and increasing endorphins (happy hormones) all from the comfort of home.

I don't usually comment on stuff but I've been doing various grow with jo workouts for 34 days now and im 16lbs down and fitting in clothes I haven't for months. I combined 40 min workouts with a calorie deficit, my start weight was 217 and now it's 201. Can't wait to keep going!

Ok, so I am sitting on the floor crying happy tears, drenched in sweat. Why, you may ask? Well, I way 110kg at 164cm and managed to complete this workout with NO BREAKS at all. I am over the moon. Thank you Jo.😭😭

As always, this workout was AMAZING. My start weight was 230lbs and thanks to your videos, I am now 206lbs. I live by your motto, “it is a PRIVILEGE to be able to move your body.” Thanks to that sentence, COMPLETELY changed my mindset about working out❤

@@brianicholson2256 I started her workouts October 2021-Dec2021. Went from 228lbs to 210. Due to medical leave, I had a long break and started back up April 4th, 2022 Weighing at 215lbs. Today, 4/18/2022, I weigh 204lbs. I do her workouts 6 days out the week with healthy eating and LOTS of water.

@@loria287 at first, I ate chicken, fish and shrimp as protein, served with veggies of my choice. I cut out rice cause I live in the south and I ate rice every day damn near.. fruits and low calories snacks. I also did meal replacement shakes. Make sure they have only 1g of sugar, like Atkins or slim fast advance. Then, I felt like I was being too”strict” diet wise, so I focused more on being in a calorie deficit, ate what I want but in smaller portions. My calorie deficit was 1100 calories per day. WATER is your best friend. I drink over 100oz water per day and typically feel full after a few bites of eating now so that helps too! Just try to avoid as much sugar and processed food as you can. I still have at least one cheat day per week and eat what I want though. Just keep working out and drinking water.

@@EquisiteJ I always read never to drop below 1200 a day as it isn't sustainbly healthy for everyone even though it works. do you plan to keep this diet after hitting your weight goal? if not, how do you plan to maintain that weight?

I came across this video and noticed the time length and knew I couldnt do it. Stepped out on faith and actually made it through. Dealing with 2 menicus tears and being over 300lbs I literally cried afterwards knowing I made it through! These videos are really changing my life🥰🙌🙌🙌

I am so grateful because her workouts are actually doable for me! Alot I can't do but I'll just walk or jog and place and I'm moving so it's okay! Have lost 19bs since February with Jo and just slow walks! And tracking my calories of course I know is helping big time. I stay around 1400-1500 or 1600 a day. UPDATE: down 30 lbs and added weights. Eating 1800-2100 cals a day and maintaining! Hoping to lose 10 more and build muscle and look my best at 37! Thanks Jo!

I’ve been doing grow with Jo videos since March of this year and it’s now June and I’ve gone from 213 pounds to 183!! Im still pushing myself on the days that I don’t feel the motivation to do it, but once I do it feels so good! :) can’t wait to see where this health journey leads me physically and mentally!

I love how real you are. Working out in the *visible* comfort of your own home, just as the rest of us are. ❤❤❤6.8.24❤❤❤ 334 calories burned! Instead of walking on the spot in between moves I did hip bouncers and sprints which kept my heart rate up higher and burned more calories than usual for me. Thank you Jo!! You’re amazing

I love the no repeats! And this was a great low impact workout! Loved it

I am so excited you help me move. I lost a 100lbs 2 years ago. I got pregnant and gain most of it back. I am back at it and since January I have lost 35lbs. Thank you 😊 I have been seriously following Jo's workouts since February when I realised a new role I took on in my workplace had me being more sedentary and the result of that was that my weight loss plateaued for a month. I actually found Jo's workouts last August though. I now try to complete at least 2 workouts mon - fri, last week I achieved 3 workouts a day ( I am currently on Easter holiday so have had the time) I mainly try to follow a high protein lower carb diet, 5/6 smaller meals a day. I allow myself small treats sometimes so I do not feel deprived. I need to get better with my water intake though! Good luck with your journey!

oh jo, you don’t get enough credit for how amazing you are. i’ve followed your workouts for 2 years now and i’ve lost almost 40 pounds. I’m toned, i love to workout. Working out isn’t something that’s came easy to me i’m 25 i should have the energy, when i found her i was 23, 5 ft and 180 pounds no energy. I weigh 137 now almost 140. But let me tell y’all from experience, try not to keep looking at the number on the scale, it slowed me down and often discouraged me cause even though i felt great, the number didn’t feel the same 😂 i did 3 of her “before bedtime” workouts so it totaled to 30 minutes. i never workout more than an hour. Jo can get you through this trust me ya’ll!

Jo I cannot thank you enough! I know you hear what a godsend you are on the regular. It's so true. I'm 60 years old and over weight. I know group classes are a good idea but time, money, and for me not able to keep up with 20 year olds....being able to get great effective various workouts is a godsend. Everybody is trying to make a buck saying they want to help people....not you. Your actions show us you do care regardless of our financial position. Thank you for being a kind honest woman.

I think this is by far my most favourite workout by Jo. The time passes just like that ❤ and the music selection and sequence is top notch. Also I just got done with my period, so ladies remind yourself again and again, sometimes it's just your cycle why you're feeling lethargic, no need to feel bad or guilty. All the best to all ❤❤

I was feeling so discouraged today because it’s week 3 for me and I felt like I was seeing no results when I looked in the mirror and just having a bad body day overall. I've been really struggling to keep moving and keep it consistent. I am just finishing up my doctorate program (the conferral date was actually today.... wild, I still don't feel like I can be called doctor). But because of the chaos of the program, I really haven't had the energy to stay consistent. I see it reflected in my body and it really doesn't feel nice. I want to love my graduation photos, but I am doing this thing lately where I really try to duck out of photos. I know I won't be in the place I want to be for my graduation on Thursday, but I'm glad I did this tonight. I knew I should get moving, and I even kinda struggled really getting into it today. Your energy is contagious and usually rubs right off on me. Even with the struggle, I made it through, to the sweaty other side. Thanks for being here, Jo. Here's to a more consistent life schedule post-grad school and hopefully a more well-rounded approach to taking care of myself.

I love how accessible and adaptable your workouts are. The basic movements are fairly easy, so on bad days I'll do the minimum. On good days, I can just be more energetic, kick higher and squat lower. It's so much fun!

Honestly I froze my gym membership and started doing your workouts, I will be soon signing up to the annual membership. I see results within two weeks, even my sister noticed. This is a game changer, it makes you sweat and obtain all the movement required for the day especially if you are an office worker and do not get much movement. Definitely recommend anybody to try it!

I'm currently on day 6 of starting over and ive been doing your videos all 6 days. Combining different ones and today I decided to do this video, kind of scared at 1st because i wasnt sure I'd be able to do 40 minutes all the way through. Halfway i wanted to give up, but your way of working out is just inviting and makes me want to keep pushing. Thank you. I'm really enjoying working out...for once.

I’m 5 months post partum with baby number 2 and I’ve hit rock bottom. A whopping 207lbs and before kids I was 168. Eating everything in sight and too exhausted to work out. I’ve been doing your workouts consistently for 2 weeks along with IF and caloric deficit and I’m down 5lbs already! I can’t wait to see who I am in a few months

Being doing your 2 mile walk the weight off after dinner workout for a couple weeks now and I've lost 1 stone 2lb and am starting to see some stomach definition. I've along way to go but I've no doubt that I'll succeed following your workouts. Thank you so much for creating these x

I train with different programs and different methods. There are so many training variations on You Tube. When I need motivation and a good mood, I train with Jo. It's refreshing that Jo is authentic and just comes across as very likeable and a down-to-earth person. Jo sweats, I sweat, you sweat, EVERYONE SWEATS WITH JO :)

Omg! I finished! I did the whole vid. I couldn’t do every single move you did (but I did 3/4ths of the way through). After that I just kept moving, doing what I could and making up my own move or marching in place when I could not. After 16 weeks of chemo, surgery (6 week recovery) and 6 weeks of radiation….and losing all stamina from not using any of my muscles and being forced to rest, I am SO proud of myself. I did go walking here and there. Your enthusiasm is infectious! This is the first video series I believe I can stick to without getting bored, it being so hard I can’t do it and more. The fact that the whole thing is standing up, helps tremendously. I am SO glad I came across you. Thank you thank you thank you from a 55 yr old, still fly, Breast Cancer Survivor! 💖

Here on April 18, 2024! I found you on 4/15 and started. Did another on 4/16 and today and I feel the work I’m putting in. You have so many workouts to choose from I know I won’t get bored! 45 mins/3 miles is perfect for me! I can do them without stopping but it’s definitely work. So glad I found your page!!

Absolute FIRE 🔥 It never ceases to amaze me how workouts that seemingly look like they wouldn’t do much (not me hating I just never before thought workouts that aren’t heavy lifting and complex moves would burn so good!) get me in such a sweat and have me torching the calories!! I sold my soul in this workout but do you know what keeps me going ? Jo's smile. I don't look at the screen really often, but when I do, to check the time mark, I see her smile. it's been about 2 weeks i think that i discovered your channel, and i swear i haven't enjoyed working out THIS much EVERRRRR!! i love your workouts. i love how they make me sweat like crazy yet aren't so hard to do. i've been following youtube workouts for about 4years now and you literally are my best discovery so far. Thank you Jo for your new 40 MIN Full Body Cardio Workout. I love your workout videos...however, this one tops them all for me. I had so much fun doing it, the music is great and I was able to do every exercise you threw at us. I'm 69 years old with a Hot Body.🔥I'll be 70 years old in a few month from now. I'm very healthy, not needing to take medication for high blood pressure, cholesterol, or diabetes because of you with your variety of exercise programs. Last September I discovered you on RU-vid while randomly trying to find a exercise video program that would interest me...well none of them did and I was about to give up and go join a gym, and then miraculously your Gospel Dance Party Workout video came up and I enjoyed it so much. Then I eventually graduated on to your other videos, however, from time to time I go back to the Gospel Dance Party Workout because I love the gospel music, and it was my very first Jo video with the soul stirring down home gospel music to workout. What I love most about your workout programs is that you have a workout video for whatever your needs are to work on in getting your body in shape and helping you to stay fit and become healthy. Again, thank you Jo, and also thank you for how much you care about us so we may improve and become physically fit to enjoy our family and live a long healthy life. I was so exhausted today after work and all but forced myself to do some kind of workout. Wasn't expecting to do a 44 min routine in any circumstance. Yet, here I am after completing the whole video. You have structured it so beautifully, by arranging the slow exercises right after the fast ones, that it doesn't get overwhelming. Idk if I will see major results in terms of weight, but I am grateful to you for making me get move my body regularly.

I’m dealing with iron deficiency anemia right now due to my cycle. Im still on my weight loss journey. So far I have lost 20 pounds just by eating clean. I miss working out but I can’t do too much. This is the first workout I’ve seen that’s not high impact cardio. Definitely going to try this

❤❤❤4/4/24❤❤❤ Done it again! Burned 375 calories and got a pretty good sweat on. I’d say a 7 1/2-8 level sweat. I like this one for easier cardio days or days where I don’t have a ton of time in the AM. Thanks Jo!

When I tell you this right here is my FAVORITE workout video…baybeee!! I workout twice a day thanks to these videos with Jo. 20-30 minutes before my kids wake up in the morning and this 44 minute video when they’re taking their naps in the afternoon. Best thing ever and I feel so good. I literally look forward and get excited to workout with Jo.

I am so incredibly grateful for finding your videos!!! Before I had my kids I weighed 150lbs, due to mental and physical health issues over the last 9 years I got to 228lbs before I decided enough was enough. It was my lowest point 😔 so decided it was time to start pushing myself for better health. 4 and half months postpartum c section momma Current wt :66 kg Goal wt :60 kg Main goal: little toning of my body (especially tummy) Ease up my back pain with workout and being active Diet : aside from EBF and this exercise and maybe an ab workout once a week. The only goal is to not over eat everyday. Will eat both homemade and junk foods😅😅. Day 1: completed full. Appreciate the water break. Sat down between exercises, skipped two exercises. Didn't jump. Didn't exercise in full intensity.

I actually completed this! There were a few I had to modify becuase I’m not coordinated enough, but I did it! I’ve been doing your app workouts for two weeks now and your RU-vid workouts for almost a month at least 4x a week! Trying to lose weight so I can be at a healthy 140 so I can get pregnant! Currently 180, so I still have a way to go.
