Hello everyone. Are you ready to feel the burn? We are starting off with some compound exercises to elevate your heart rate. If you have more than one set of dumbbells, we will be switching to higher weight and finishing off with solid lower body work. This is where your HR should peak again. I'll be using 5kg and 7.5kg dumbbells (11lb & 16.5lb). Happy lifting! Would love to know your thoughts :)

OMG! Loved, loved this one! Another awesome workout from Olivia to work the entire body. The leg squat series at the end had me out of breath! Varied weights and burned 246 active calories. 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
