Well, for those of us that regularly train with heavier weights, this session could be a bit of a disappointment. To me, it certainly did not feel like I was doing neither a power yoga class nor a weights training practice. Also, I found it extremely slow.

This was a class that was designed to introduce weights into yoga. It’s not suppose to be a weight training practice, it was simply designed to bring another element into the practice. I also said you could use heavier weights for more of a challenge ✌️
