The steps and instructions are really good and easy to follow. But the music is soooo dull, I had to put on my own music in the background to stay interested 😅

This I thought was way to slow &. repetitive for me, how wrong was I, sooo much time to to concentrate on bettering my footwork & more importantly, start incorporating my body in a far more better way, and as for my armografy - amazing. Just discovered a wonderful gem. I'm 62 and used to compete in ballroom dance but, time flew by and I guess I just stopped dancing. This allows me to reconnect with an activity that I loved. Rythm is perfect, introduction of each movement gives me time to learn it before rythm increases. I can do everything even with lots of arthritis. I love the fluidity of the whole workout. Thank you.
